The house is very nice, clean and matches the photos. The kitchen is well equipped and the host was always very helpful and quick in her responses. I'll be back again and again with family.

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

Otimo Stay, Andre and Telma super attentive, have shown us better places to hang out, eat and market. All rooms equipped with air conditioning, bed linen and super clean. Very spacious house! I will come back for sure!

Beautiful house. Amazing and functional. There was everything you need for a nice stay. It is close to a quieter area of Canasvieiras beach. Nicolle always responded quickly and quickly.

Fabiano's house is excellent, very well equipped, comfortable and organized. The condominium is also incredible, with all the structure that allowed us to spend a very pleasant week in the stay. And Fabiano always very helpful and kind, concerned with meeting us in everything... Note 10!

Our accommodation was incredible, both for the comfort of the house and for the receptivity of Cynara. The house had a beautiful décor, sheets and towels of great quality, as well as an incredible view of both the sea and the Hercílio Luz Bridge. I even walked to the center on foot, in addition to renting a bicycle to pedal. I also consider access to the beaches easy by car, both to the southern beaches, which end up being closer, such as those in the North.

The house is very good. Super large, has all the necessary utensils and has accommodated us super well. It is about 8 minutes walk to the beach itself. Whenever we had any problems, Fabio solved it, even taking a new fan. The house is tightly closed and safe. There's plenty of space for cars. The only drawback is that it is near the entrance to a more dangerous neighborhood, but we had no problem with that.

Excellent experience! I stay with my family, with 2 small girls (6 people in total). The house is beautiful and very cozy, it has many areas to rest and enjoy as a family, especially the pool, which is suitable for small children. The house is very well equipped, with everything you might need. Zenaide's attention, the host is excellent, she was always attentive to answer our questions, from the time of booking until we left, she is very friendly and close. Eleonora is an excellent host. The Andrea housekeeper that cares for the house helped us a lot, and we found it a different experience to have someone give that support. I recommend it! The house is so complete and full of things that the ad ends up not contemplating everything, but we were positively surprised by what we found. We went into 3 families, each with their own personal characteristics and they all felt fully cared for. Great distance from the beach, excellent swimming pool with pleasant temperature, the whole house with great comfort. The internet was unstable but the very vivo went to the site and said they were experiencing difficulties at this time of the year. I recommend it for sure and I hope to be able to return at another time.

Mari’s place was everything that an Airbnb should be. A lovely place, well appointed, and in a great location. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Floripa.

Joe's house is a piece of paradise, a peaceful and magical place! The view to the Lagoa is amazing , the house is very cozy, in short, they were wonderful days.

The house has a strategic location above the beach, with viewpoints in different planes that allow you to see the immensity of the sea in various perspectives. FULLY equipped and conditioned for a comfortable and relaxed stay. (Paraguayan hammocks, beach silettes, 2 grills, a rooftop and one in the open air) WiFi of excellence. The bathrooms have hot water and very good water pressure in the showers. The fully-functioning kitchen FREE parking for 2 vehicles a block away. Both Jessica and her mother are always attentive and well arranged to any requirement. It is a true paradise and of course it is that after having traveled this experience in LA JOAQUINA, at the time of renting the bara it is very high. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

The house is the same as the descriptions! Gustavo always ready to meet us before and during our stay! We can't use the whole house, but it has a very nice outdoor area, only the barbecue that is inside the aisle, where there is another suite, I don't know if it would work very well, but for rainy days to look great. We were in 4 couples and 1 child, the rooms served us super well, but only 1 of them had no air conditioning, in these hot days in Floripa it was missed for 1 couple. I believe that there may be a modernization in some environments that have left to be desired, which are details but make a difference, some old furniture without a door and a little bamboo, table attached to the well-worn wall of use (may even fall, if it has weight), etc. In short, the house is very spacious and held 9 people very well. The kitchen is complete with utensils available. The house is close to markets and conveniences, it is close to the beaches of Joaquina and Campeche and with great locomotion between the south and the north. I recommend it!

We spent Christmas night at the residence, we like it very much! We felt at home. I confess that we were very afraid about the observation of the "Sound" and noise. But it was super quiet, and we loved the place! Large and spacious and had everything we needed

Our stay was very good. The house is very well equipped: tv, air-conditioning in all rooms, various appliances, crockery, pans, two refrigerators. The house sleeps very comfortably 8 people. The mattresses, towels and bed linens were very clean and are of good quality. Cristiano gave us a crib for our baby, there were toys for larger children, games, furniture in the outdoor area, chair, sun umbrellas and stroller, which made us much easier, as well as smart locks for both the gate and the door. As we arrived there was a gallon of water available, biscuits, teas, and complimentary coffee. The house matches all descriptions and photos. Cristiano was very attentive and request during our stay, answering all our questions quickly. The house is a short walk from the sea. Our whole family was very pleased. We recommend this stay.

Home is just as described and in the photos. All organized, with all the necessary items, more than expected. Great Jacuzzi, we enjoyed a lot, good pool too! It has cleaning every 2/3 days. Daniela is extremely calm, both the neighborhood and the beach! Water Tasty and No Waves! Larger neighborhood market options (small), need to go to Jurerê ( 10 min). We spent good days on vacation and we intend to return!
