We really enjoyed the stay. The house is spacious, with several bathrooms that help get to the beach and bathe quickly. We went in 7 people and accommodated us very comfortably.

My stay was just amazing! The owner, Zenaide, was super proactive and attentive, always available to help with what was needed. The residence was impeccably clean and organized, the rooms are well ventilated and with air conditioning working perfectly, which ensured a pleasant climate throughout the stay. The beds are very comfortable, providing quality rest nights. I also want to emphasize the kindness and hospitality of Zenaide, which was always extremely cordial and did everything to make me feel at home. Without a doubt, an excellent experience! The house was perfectly organized and very smelly. It had everything necessary for stay, full kitchen, comfortable and clean bedding. Space to leave the clothesline covered, barbecue corner complete with new utensils and well cared for! Completely renovated and comfortable space. The check in was done in a practical and quiet way. Markets very close! I intend to come back more often.

Our stay was great, Raiane was very attentive and always willing to help us, the apartment is as advertised, it is a good apartment, ideal for six people, but some maintenance needs to be carried out. The social area is very nice, with swimming pool, game room and barbecue areas, the only thing that needs to improve is the administration of the barbecue rental and the cordiality of some employees. In general, our stay was great and we had a great time, I recommend Raiane's apartment.

Cláudio was a great host, we responded on standby, always willing to help and guide in what it took. Now what to say about the house, we reached the house was impeccable with clean, the pool, bathrooms, rooms all very clean and organized, barbecue, grill, all well sanitized. To our surprise, the house has everything it needs, cutlery kitchen utensils, for the barbecue, vasilhame, water filter, all the new appliances, new air conditioning in the rooms and when we thought it could not improve, there comes a commission for a wonderful carrot cake with chocolate from Claudio for us to give us the welcome. We recommend with our eyes closed, Cláudio was super attentive with us from arrival to the exit of the house. I can't thank you enough. We will definitely come back more often, just thank you for the wonderful lodging and weekend we've had. Gratitude 🙏🏻

I spent 13 days in this house and I was very pleased with the experience! The space was exactly as described in the listing: clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything I needed for a quiet stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach of Enseada. Guilherme was always very attentive and always available to answer my questions, which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with no surprises.

Communication with André was efficient from the beginning, clarifying doubts about the house. The house corresponds to the photos , well lit, private, with adequate space for rest and work. My dogs felt and home and took advantage of the yard a lot. The location is great, and the car practically remained in the garage, since there are market, restaurants and beaches very close to the house. I'm already planning ejando back :)

Ana, the host, and Simone, who works with her, are two cute. We were greeted very well, including two beers and one soda, all chilled. We were given several tips, they were extremely gentle, quick in the answers, they had patience when we delayed check-in because we were at the beach. The house is amazing too! A cute, comfortable, clean and very well located. we will return for sure.

Edio was extremely understanding and flexible throughout the stay. I had a problem going and I ended up late for check-in, and Edio was extremely patient. It also allowed us to check out later. The house is beautiful, very well cared for, close to the beach and comfortable.

We just love it. First, we were greeted by Dona Irene, very kind and flexible (we went by bus, a young couple traveling together for the first time) and she helped us as she could. Then we were impacted by the sight, it is too much, we are speechless, it is surreal. If you want beautiful views that would give you great photos, it's ideal. The house is at the top, so it has a privileged view of the sea, the boats and the street. The location is good, it is close to the center (by car/bus), there is a market near and is close to the beach (it is improper, but for a walk is great), for the most searching beaches, it is 1h (by bus). For those without a car, close to the house, buses (it is 2.00 reais) that goes to the center and passes in the ferry area to Ilhabela (worth it)(for pedestrians it is free). House negatives: 1- It is up high, if the car is 1.0, it will snore a little, if it is on foot, it prepares kkkk (but it is well worth it); 2- It is not very close to a beach suitable for bathing (intense boat traffic)

The home of the feeling of coziness and hugs you! It is a very familiar place, delicious, with many plants, a feeling of interior but very close to the center of Ubatuba. I have a Border collie dog and the backyard is impeccable and very spacious for pets (in addition to being all surrounded). The house has EVERYTHING you may need, very well-equipped, fan in all rooms, including in the living room, air conditioning in the bedroom… we feel at home and we really like it! We're definitely going back! A tbm differential is the external area that is giant, barbecue with a great structure and even has a fridge in the external area (in addition to the kitchen)… you can appreciate nature and the birds because they leave a little to play every morning, a show! And to close with gold key, Nati let the gnt have more flexibility at check out, which made us have another delicious day of the beach!

Excellent stay, all according to the photos and descriptions, full kitchen (dishes, cutlery, glasses, fridge, pots, even exhaust on the stove), clean linen, pillow, sheet and blanket, excellent air conditioning. The accommodation is close to Perequê beach and relatively close to the ferry (depending on fitness). We like it so much that we extend our trip and already intend to return. It was great to meet Ilhabela and the stay favored the experience.
