We loved our stay in Ipanema at Brux's apartment. The location is perfect, close to the beach, all shops/restaurants, we felt safe whether in the neighborhood or the apartment. Brux was very responsive and available. We will definitely be coming back!

What a gorgeous view to wake up to daily! A tastefully furnished & decorated space of clean uncluttered line. Comfortable bed. Walk thru wardrobe & drawer space leads to the bathroom. Smart TV in the living room space and one in the bedroom... Easy to cast ones apps for viewing streaming & music. The neat kitchen amenitiea and ample dining space were ideal (the stove ranges require match lighting which is provided). Thirteenth floor. Two elevator banks with 2 elevators each. Pool and fitness center are on 2nd floor (P). Condo provides towels and beach chairs. Reception personnel is friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, drugstores and boutiques are on Avenida Olegario Maciel 5 minute walk from the building...(a self-service 24hr laundromat by the Shell gas station three blocks up Olegario) The beach is across the road from the building. BEST: Jardim Oceanico METRO STA is 15min walk or 5 min Uber ride away. VERA is caring and responsive. I'd gladly return!

I booked this trip last second on the flight down to Rio, and Paulo did everything to make me feel comfortable and welcomed! The apartment was beautiful and with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It has truly exceeded our expectations! We felt at home there. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Ipanema, 5min walking distance from the beach. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended! 10/10

No negative surprises. The apartment corresponds to what was shown on the site.

Great accommodation, well located and equipped with everything (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave, oven, stove, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, beach chair and sunguard…). Access to the building is easy and the garage tbm. It housed well 5 people, 2 on the sofa bed, 2 in a double bed and 1 person in a mattress on the floor. All comfortable. For food, great restaurants close to the apartment as well as the fully equipped kitchen for preparation. Finally, the only weak point is the incomplete bathroom box. During the bath the water ended up wetting the items outside the box. I believe that in fewer people, wet less and rest easy the cleaning logistics of the bathroom.

We are a couple, from Bs As, and we rent for the good recommendations we saw. We loved the dpto, we highlight the cleanliness of the same, the jacuzzi and the shower. We believe that while the bed was good, it could resemble the apartment level. Punto a favor that I had access to Netflix and other platforms (we did not see this in other hotels that we went to).

I recommend it. Clean location, well located and very practical. Very good structure.

The district of Flamengo, due to its strategic location is one of my favorites in Rio de Janeiro. In it, life moves in the day-to-day buzz of any other city. Fair, supermarkets, schools, bars, butecos, restaurants, cinema, theater, small shopping centers and subway station. It's all very close and that makes it easy to decide what to do. The Loft building is on a quiet street, the locals are pleasant and the staff of the concierge, kind and helpful. The apartment is well decorated, of course, airy, with everything new and functioning perfectly. All the details show that the goal is to make the guest feel welcomed, safe and happy. Some details such as powder and coffee capsule, tea capsule, sugar, ice water, soap, soap, liquid soap, surprised and confirmed my feeling of having made a great choice. Arthur is a great host. Educated, welcoming, quick in response and always available to help. Everything perfect.

Great place, great host, central location but not too safe at night Thiago is a great guy and host! Always responsive, met me at check in, helped with the bags, showed me around, took me to the carnaval. Thanks man! The apartment is nice, clean and was suitable for a 2 week stay. Location is okay. Youre literally in the city center, not far from tourist attractions, but it could be quite noisy during the day and not too safe at night. Also theres a Sunday market right next to the building where you can get some great produce. Quite convenient Summary: despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this was a great stay!

Sandra was an incredibly hospitable host and in every way made you feel welcome! The apartment was superb and by far the best you can find for the price! Me and my friend felt at home and there was no problem with anything at all. Sandra was always quick to respond and gave lots of recommendations! Definitely recommend it and the next time I had to go to Rio, I would definitely come back🙌🏽

My stay in Sergio's quarters was the best possible. Super accessible with checking. The site of everything that was described in the ad actually had on site. I found the apartment super clean. I felt like a house. I recommend it a thousand times.
