Our experience was excellent! The house we booked was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, organized and with all the details perfectly presented. Everything was in great condition and the decor made the atmosphere even more welcoming. I was very happy with the transparency of the listing and the host's care in ensuring a perfect stay. The beach is not so far away, about 10 minutes walk, we went with children and it was super quiet. I recommend it and we'll definitely be back.

We spent a very pleasant family weekend in the house. As I had read here, it is even better than the photos. The location is excellent, not too far away, within a quiet and safe house condominium. It is steps from Lazaro beach, great for children for being shallow and with few waves (we saw even fish on the right side of it). We also know the Domingas Dias beach, the condominium gives access to it too, it was well worth it. The house has all structure, air-conditioned rooms, gourmet area equipped and comfortable. Alexandre was proactive, kind, flexible with checkin and checkout and very quick to answer. We will definitely return.

Our end of year was wonderful ! The house is exactly like in the pictures , wonderful view, surprised me how everything is organized , the beach is wonderful! Clean, quiet and super controlled , the rules are really adhered to, I loved it and would come back a thousand times ! A hidden paradise amidst the madness that is Ubatuba in the summer ! The house is on a climb, that is, you will walk about 5 to 10 minutes to reach the beach, as we were with young children we chose to use one of the cars to take them , but for a group of adults the use of the car is totally expendable. The house is clean, Rafael was very kind to let our group into the house before the scheduled time, everything was perfect !

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

The proposal of the grandmother's house is exceptional, it refers to the past, without TV it makes you interact more with the family, in relation to the functional house, very close to the sea, my children liked the books and the retro decoration. As for João, a fine, welcoming guy with easy access to contact. The only thing I disliked was the position of the wardrobe, I tried to change more is fixed. Kkkkkkkk. In the next stadia I will make this change of the wardrobe and the local dining table. Congratulations my comrade , the house "Grandma " is excellent. Note We felt cold at night .

Wonderful place to go with the family, especially for those who have small children. Christianne is very attentive and helpful. Replies quickly and always very solicitous. Very well equiped house, with new paintings and very close to the beach. All-equipped barbecue space, with shower on the side. We will definitely come back more often.

Very nice to sleep, wifi gets super good, but at the same time in the rooms there is no whirlwind,but at the same time in the rooms there are no lights of every kind of blinking, which usually gets in the way of sleep. Excellent,super private.Daniele was very helpful, allowing us to stay right in ours as we like. Excellent trails near very little frequented beaches,small mall very good at a few blocks(can be on foot),view of many beautiful sailors,with pine slopes in the region that makes the site c bucolic.Brisa pleasant even in the heat.

The house is great , excellent location, I have a problem with allergy in itamambuca because it is very humid and this house is very airy and elevated from the ground , it gets a lot of sun and has no smell of moisture . The only thing I missed was air conditioning in the rooms . There are 5 bedrooms and we went in two couples could have in at least two main rooms the air . The garden is great , good showers, well-equipped , well spacious and comfortable barbecue! I loved the stay ! We'll be back !

We stayed at this vacation home for the last five days and it was just perfect! The location could not be better, literally on the sand, with an incredible view and direct beach access.
