Impeccable apartment! Beautiful, super clean and in a perfect location. I recommend it to everyone and I'll be back for sure! I was positively surprised!

Clean and well located site, close to the bus station, market and bakery. Luís always responded quickly! Nothing to complain about, they were great days.

The residence is very rustic, upstairs is excellent with a bedroom and a balcony with a very large barbecue grill, the lower floor has a large living room, and two bedrooms, a very small one. From my profile, it fits perfectly, I'm sure I'll be back when I can.

we spent a few nice days, very comfortable with everything you need. Everything nearby. Super, pharmacies, downtown and the beaches minutes away. Recommended without a doubt!! Fernando very friendly.. excellent pool for children too.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed their stay, everything that has been described corresponds to what we found we took a very hot period but all commotions have a ventilator on the ceiling and on the floor that made it very easy to help refresh. We were a little dissatisfied only with the mattresses that are well spent and thin I had a little trouble sleeping, another observation is regarding the kitchen items, as our family made the references at home we miss the pressure cooker and also the microwave, but other than that the kitchen had the necessary basics to meet us, Rubia is very helpful and quickly answered everything we had doubts.

During my stay with my family at Luciana's place we felt right at home, it was a super complete place, well organized and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, and also close to the center, we could walk there. It is an accessible place and close to everything. Luciana was very helpful and pleasant, she communicated with us at all times.

excellent apartment, air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, bed and bath linens, complete kitchen with utensils, very family environment, I felt at home, there is barbecue and a hydro at the top, I don't have what to complain, we like it so much that we will come back at another time

Beautiful apartment, spacious, very comfortable, with everything you need for your stay, an incredible view over the balconies and in a quiet area. Renato was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. If I go back to Cabo fio, I would rent that departamento again.

We stayed a group of 6, quite comfortable. Equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, bakery and a convenience store nearby. Giselle greeted us earlier to leave our luggages in even after checkout, a tremendous hostess! thank you so much for everything, I highly recommend it.

Our time in the apartment was simply amazing! We were greeted by Fernanda and her son, who were extremely polite and attentive from the first moment. The apartment has a spectacular view of the dunes and the sea, which left us enchanted. It is a cozy space, well equipped and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location is great, a few steps from the sea. Fernanda made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Me felt at home , it looked like it was coming to my house , I will always come back, the place has much more that you imagine , neighborhood has everything , 2 minutes walk 👣 already arrives in the best place of the beach of the calm and calm waters.

The apartment is located in an excellent area, is close to the beach and supermarket and restaurants. It has good spaces, everything is clean and organized. Isabel was very friendly and helped us with everything we need!! Marcela sent us several tips and worried about all contact and presented us with a guide with several places and great tips. We loved our stay , it was a wonderful trip.

The apartment is impeccable. Very nice, clean, modern, with an ocean view, quiet and with everything you need. The neighborhood is nice and the building too. Very nice beachfront. From there we visited other beaches. Very good location. Very helpful host.

Great place, great location. Extremely clean and cozy… We miss utensils such as a sandwich maker, blender and an air conditioner in the living room, but nothing that would diminish or affect the quality of the place. Com ctza we will return!!!
