I really enjoyed their stay, the kids loved the scale and drainer, it really was a great fun for them. We found everything we need in the house and hope to have more opportunities to go to São Sebastião again. Lilian was very helpful and thoughtful with tips and recommendations from the city.

What an amazing view, speechless. We love to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. The private beaches are too much, a lot of tranquility and security, it was exactly what we were looking for.

The room view is a real privilege. And the pool deck, say it's perfect, still doesn't exactly describe it. A true paradise. The house has easy access and almost does not want to leave there. The room is very private and you only listen to the birds and the sound of the sea. All clean, organized, did not have 1 mosquito in the room and the air conditioning freezes very well. Vitor and Cida received us and were always very kind and helpful. And communication by Airbnb with Diego has always been very responsive as well. I highly recommend this experience and I will be back for sure.

An absolute dream house in paradise. Well-equipped with anything you may need, comfortable, beautiful. The deck and pool were especially a treat. We did find the lock/alarm system a bit cumbersome, but our host explained and helped us in great detail and it was not an issue. Such a beautiful place!

The experience was amazing! The impeccable house had everything we needed, and it looked like hotel service. We hired by Andrea his diarista and we had towels changed every 2 days, cleaning the beds every day and cleaning every time we needed! The pool is amazing and in the ideal temperature, all the rooms and bathrooms are very large and organized. Communication with Andrea was excellent and she made sure everything went in the best possible way! It would surely return!

Casa Oxalá do António is amazing! Located just 100m from Santiago Beach, in a condominium with surveillance, offers comfort and practicality in a family environment. Impectably clean and renovated, has a private pool, great outdoor area with barbecue, shower, chairs and umbrellas. Inside, the American kitchen is well equipped, the living room has new LCD TV and fiber optic internet, and the 3 suites have comfortable beds and baths with excellent passing heater and Deca showers. Fernanda, an employee, is very attentive and proactive, making the stay even more special. Check-in was easy, with clear instructions, and the checkout was equally simple and flexible. The garage holds two SUVs, bringing extra practicality. I highly recommend Casa Oxalá and I intend to return with my family. An unforgettable experience! 🌴✨

Luiz always answered our messages quickly, even before we rent the property answered our questions etc. The check-in was great, Luiz received us at the house and gave all the instructions and some tips from restaurants and supermarkets. The house is very good, it has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, several bedrooms and living room with a very nice view of the beach. The location is great, on the ingenio beach, with the pier of the Aquabus next door. The beach is very good for swimming, quiet and has restaurants nearby. Also from to walk to the Center, and it is a cool walk seeing things. We made great use of the outside area of the house to have a barbecue and talk and it was great and super practical to have the beach as a backyard because it was very comfortable for all of us. The show and faucet of the house also greatly helped to remove salt and sand from the body every time we left the sea. We love and recommend it to everyone!

The place is simply a piece of paradise on earth. the stay was the last, cozy house and very close to the beach, Julieta was very attentive… we had a problem with a lack of water and energy, but it was for a short time and I understand that it was due to the high end of year demand in ubatuba… overall, we liked everything very much and it was very worth it!!
