Attentive Host. Property well located, easy access, in a quiet place, great for family. Next to Praia do Francês, Barra de São Miguel and Maceió. An excellent option for those who do not want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Maceió but be very close. I will certainly return! I recommend it.

Village were wonderful days spent in Areias do Mar. The condo is very well taken care of. The staff are very polite and helpful. We had a noise problem in the apartment next door, but the other day the condominium employee notified those responsible for the mess and everything was reassured. The place is really gorgeous. There's a cafeteria beside the building that's a wonder. There are restaurants and shops close by which has brought us a lot of tranquility. Davi, responsible for the apartment, was very attentive and assisted us in everything. Besides, he answers us very, very quickly. In short, we'll be back shortly.

Our stay was great. Hosta Aluícia super kind and helpful. Exactly like the pictures. Place close to the beach, grocery store, and with various options of restaurants. You can do everything without a car. We also thank Adriana who welcomed us, super dear and was available all the time for any queries. Very quiet place for those who need to travel with their pet. We felt at home.

The house, the pool, the bedrooms are absolutely beautiful. It's located in a private compound, very safe and private. Close to the beach and beach bars. Andre has been very helpful and responsive throughout our whole stay. Would definitely come back.

It was our best trip, the house is much better than the listing. It is huge, super comfortable, everyone in the group loved and accommodated very well, the furniture all in great condition and comfortable, all rooms with air conditioning working perfectly, great showers in the bathrooms, the kitchen is not even spoken, perfect, we didn't miss anything! We love every minute, we have nothing bad to talk about, the bad thing was just having to leave, we wanted to stay longer, the house, the hostess and the janitor are to be congratulated!

A Madalena is a love of person. Very kind and made us comfortable. The space was clean and tidy. On the first day we stayed in a bungalow different from what we had booked, but the next day it was already resolved. The quiet and view of the site is what makes all the difference. We would love to have stayed there.

Renata's accommodation is perfect for those who want to travel and have a house to stay, has all the necessary items the beach where the condominium is perfect and quiet… The region has beautiful beaches and all the condominium and very receptive shops… We loved the stay!

Kleber's house is very cool, exactly as described in the advertisement and photos, excellent standard and comfort, the condominium is mt bom tmb, a few meters from the sea. The place is wonderful, we've already met the region. Great service and response time, still had a freshly baked cake of welcome waiting for us. Everything was great!

Maravilhosa!!!! Carla's house is a delight!!! Super clean, but with all it takes to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. All furniture & linens are brand new and maintenance is up to date. And her husband loved the barbecue!!! 😅😅😅😅 A Carla is a sweetheart and always answers questions with promptness and agility. Vil, an employee and cook indicated by Carla, made the moment more familiar by making the dishes that we wanted to eat. The condominium is also excellent and has spaces such as a playground, redarium, laundry, and staff for setting up a parasol on the beach. The condominium staff are also extremely helpful, kind and polite!!! I look forward to being able to come back!!!!

Highlight to air conditioning, our grease too much hehehe Clean bathroom and full kitchen. Pool was under maintenance, but we used the Neighboring Tower, which was very beautiful. Very good condominium, excellent structure, well organized and clean. Educated and helpful employees. Complete and comfortable apartment. Very nice beach, full of fish and clean, good for children because there are no waves. Well located, we don't even need to move the car out of the driveway, restaurants and grocery nearby. Casa with good location, close to the beach and a little further from the center (still to go on easy walking), great for those looking for quiet, home with 4/4 air-conditioned, clean and with reasonable space. Also air-conditioned room, good leisure area with pool and barbecue area (which needs a roof, because it is in the sun, but served the purpose well), garage was 4 cars without disturbing the circulation, large kitchen and equipped with all necessary utensils. I will definitely refer you and come back again!

The house is everything it says in the ad and a little more. Fernando has been super kind since we booked the space and gave us many tips on what to do during the day and what to eat at night. The house very much corresponds to what appears in the description and photos: wide space, well airy, calm, quiet and quiet. And the best: a few meters from the beach. The accommodation was impeccable in cleanliness and tidiness when we arrived and Fernando was super gentle at check-in giving us the keys a few minutes. It was only due in some places: in the location on the network works (at least not my operator Tim) and the Wi-Fi was very unstable in the days we were in the house. When we arrived the pool was not 100% clean and the house was also without cooking gas and without drinking water (which as soon as Fernando was told it was readily available and was brought in within minutes). In addition, we chose this space because we have a dog and at that point it was also worth it.

one of the best stay we had by Airbnb. very clean the house. of extreme quality in relation to bedding, bath , air conditioning, full kitchen, barbecue, tdo was excellent. beautiful place with a wonderful region to explore. Erika is always careful to help and indicate what to do in the area.

The apartment is simply sensational. I went with the family and children and we felt at home. Condominium with excellent leisure options and amazing beach. Wide space, clean bedding, beautifully decorated. Adryelle always ready to answer. We'll be back for sure.

Giuseppe was very attentive and the accommodations corresponded to the advertised. My only recommendation is how the lighting outside the house (in access) could be more illuminated, the most WE LOVE the STAY!!!!

The house and amenities are as per the listing, the residence is beautiful and makes beautiful photos of registration. The condominium is very quiet, so it is possible to enjoy with greater freedom the use of sound (with common sense) and the facilities of the condominium itself. The kitchen is complete, in addition to being air-conditioned, next to the living room. Comfortable rooms, clean and excellent quality bed and bath linens. It would leave an obsession with respect to the 5th room, from the back, because it is different from the standard of the others, it is a service room. There is nothing missing, it is also a suite, but it is much smaller than the others. The accommodation is wonderful, extremely attentive and proactive host, was even interested in receiving feedback from the stay. One of the nicest places I've been with my family! And look we've traveled a lot… Wonderful house, impeccable air conditioning (for the heat of Alagoas, an indispensable item!), very beautiful condominium, balcony area with a sensational private pool (my daughter does not leave the water)… Not to mention the hostess, Eduarda, a sweet person, always available, in addition to Rose, our “secretary”, which was undoubtedly the greatest find of the whole trip… I have never had a lobster so well made in my entire life! (And right on the balcony!). Added to all this, one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil… nothing less than perfection! We miss you already…
