This apartment was perfectly situated for exploring Pipa! We loved its proximity to the vibrant walking street while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Being close to markets, pharmacies, beach, and restaurants was incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was well-equipped with the essentials, and the host was very responsive to our requests. We initially worried about noise, but it wasn't disruptive at all – we slept soundly every night. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing Pipa getaway!

The flat is in a condominium with a pool the kids loved. The central location of the condominium facilitates access to the center of Pipa.

The location is perfect, very close to the centrinho, making it possible for us to get around to anywhere. The accommodation was well equipped, we only missed blankets at bedtime, but otherwise it was all amazing

Close to bars, restaurants, markets and the beautiful Nossa Senhora de Lourdes Church (you can go on foot to attend Holy Mass); on the ground floor a delicious cafeteria with cakes, savory, drinks and breathtaking sea view; . Super attentive Liliana responded to us promptly; . The EXTREMELY clean and organized flat with comfortable bed, cool air-conditioning, bathroom with soaps and minibar with water; . SUPER quiet space Private and easy to access garage Flat with sea view . Reception staff note 10! Anyway, I intend to stay there whenever I am in Natal. Adriana's place was excellent. Wonderful view, beautiful indeed. Optimally ventilated and very well lit apartment. Excellent location can be very close to Natal and at the same time away to have tranquility. Adriana helped me in everything that was possible. Clean linens, clean bathrooms. Everything was clean, except for the kitchen objects (cutlery, cookware and cups) and household appliances (blender, sandwich, etc...) almost all dirty and fattened were necessary a well done cleaning to be able to use. I also highlight the absence of cleaning in the windows windows, which is in a horrible condition. However, Adriana's space experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend

The apartment of Ludmilla is well located, comfortable and with a beautiful view of Ponta Negra Beach and Morro do Careca. We highlight that the property is furnished with all utensils for a good stay and was clean and organized for our arrival. Finally, we leave a note 10 for the air-conditioning in both rooms and electric shower. It was great to be accommodated in this space, which is super recommended!

Great accommodation, everything clean and tidy, close to everything you need, access to the beach through the condominium passes through a alleyway that is not advisable to go at night, but it is only bypass and go down the street (it is further away but it is more "safe") The condominium has a swimming pool, barbecue and a very cozy area.

Great location, excellent cost-benefit. The apartment is very comfortable. The fridge wasn't too cold, but the freezer solved it.

Mario always requested, responded quickly, removing all our doubts. And the Apartment served us very well recommend it, including we wanted to use the condominium barbecue (unfortunately it was damaged), but Mario promptly prepared to use his other apartment, where we did the barbecue and a good review, I thank you very much. In addition to a great location and perfect view of the Sea and Morro do Carca, it is close to bars, restaurants, food park right in front, pharmacy, convenience and next to the Vilarte mall. Undoubtedly of our best trips.

Super comfortable, practical apartment with all the basics needed for small meals. Very well located. Close to the best restaurants, bakery, close to the beach. You do a lot on foot. Marcelo was a wonderful host, he greeted us personally, gave several tips on tours, beaches, contacts of bugueiros. Very friendly and available! The flat is extremely ventilated, I returned to Rio with a longing for the beaches and the Christmas wind! Highly recommend!!!

The apartment is spectacular as seen in the photographs, in front of the beach, with beautiful views from the own terrace that the apartment has, it also has everything nearby, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket, the apartment offers furniture and super complete utensils. I already stayed 2 times and if I return to Natal for sure I will continue to stay in this beautiful apartment.

The flat is very well located and clean, making it possible to do everything on foot, and the place is very quiet, without any inconvenience with noise. The bathroom shower is very good, has a TV in the living room and another in the bedroom with open channels, the internet works really fine and fast. The bed is standard double size, very comfortable and with good pillows. It is possible to see the sea of the balcony, the two air conditioners (living room and bedroom) work very well and cool the environment very quickly. The kitchen has the basic utensils (cooktop, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, thermos bottle and some pots). In the refrigerator it had energy, chocolate, mineral water with and without gas (these items, if consumed, are charged separately). In the kitchen there is a small tank and a balcony raft on the balcony. The accessibility of the building is very quiet, it has an elevator, and the entrance and exit is electronically (without an ordinance). O Olímpio is very helpful and responds quickly. One of the best places to stay in Natal, perfect for couples.
