I'd like to thank you for hosting. It is the second property that we rent from Jovania. We love the house. Very well located. Really foot in the sand, literally inside the beach. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of kitchen utensils. All brand new furniture. Exactly as the photos show. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. Jovania's service is always great quick to respond to us and help with information. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back more often.

WONDERFUL! Excellent hosts! very friendly and flexible. They responded quickly and provided helpful information. The house is very well located, 2 blocks from the beach and 3 from downtown, with supermarket and restaurants nearby, everything is done walking. It is very spacious, with very good ventilation and brightness. Good storage space. Air conditioning in all rooms. Very comfortable and in excellent condition mattresses as well as bedding. Lots of towels available. Everything is of a very good quality. Fully equipped, absolutely nothing was missing! and everything worked perfectly. There were even umbrellas, lounge chairs, curator and games for the beach. Extremely clean everything! The best experience we've ever had!

The place was perfect for us, me, my husband and 2 pets! Private, beautiful surroundings, easy access and at short distance to the beach, by foot! The place has everything you need for your stay! The incredible house, the host Renato is very friendly and welcoming, everything is impeccable and organized, the bathrooms with toilet paper, many towels, sheets all very clean. The wonderful terrace area. He even left us chocolates and drinks in the refrigerator the day we arrived, and he gave us water bottle every day. It was a wonderful stay.

Location well located, very complete apartment, from kitchen, living room, smarttv, bedrooms and many lockers. In general beautiful space, waterfront and has restaurants where you can go on. In parallel, John was extremely proactive, responding to me quickly at all times of contact.

Amazing place to stay! Dream House for those who want so much an atmosphere of tranquility of the countryside, but with the pleasure of being on the edge of the sea. Sergio's house delivers the best of both worlds, beautiful and perfect for friends, families with children and pet. I recommend and will definitely come back! The Complex is Excellent!

Edgardo is a great host! The place and the stay exceeds expectations and they really want to stay longer! It has a very nice garden, the area is safe and quiet, with comfort as if one would be in their own home! A very classic location to get to know other places on the island!

We stayed at Denise's apartment with my family and had an excellent experience. She was very helpful at all times. The kitchen is very well equipped, which allowed us to cook comfortably. The apartment is cool and cozy, ideal for resting. Also, the location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. We were surprised by the number of toys for the beach and chairs available, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

The house is fantastic. All clean and very well organized. Very well-equipped with most cookware and barbecue. Market (with bakery) nearby, a dog in the front and a beach kiosk next to it, with excellent service (you can place orders and they deliver on the wall of the house). The beach is a spectacle aside: few users (sometimes it feels like you're an exclusive guest) and clean water most of the time (only the north wind gets in the way of sometimes leaving the sea stirred and with cloudy water). The neighborhood is very safe. The accommodation is well worth it for those who want tranquility, comfort and foot in the sand.

Unforgettable stay in Cempeche! The location is simply unbeatable, with the beach right on your doorstop. The flat itself is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a beach holiday in Florianopolis. Highly recommend to friends and family

The accommodation is located at the end of Jurerê, just before the climb to access Praia do Forte. We loved the near private access to the beach and the proximity to it. It is far from the center of Jurerê but if you have a car it is not a problem. There is also a bus that reaches the place. While it is located above a Restaurant and close to P12, no disturbing noises are heard. The environment is beautiful and overlooking the sea as seen in the photos. The cabin is comfortable, it has A/A in both rooms. The electric shower works very well. We didn't use the kitchen too much, although it is stocked. It was very clean, except for a few tiny ants on the kitchen counter, we assume difficult to fight for the natural environment and they didn't bother us either, but you have to be careful not to leave the kitchen counter dirty. Aline was quick to respond to all our doubts! We would definitely stay here again <3

Our stay here was great. Comfortable apartment and the community has great amenities, especially for kids. Hosts were responsive even during holidays.
