Beach house vacation rentals in Praia de João Fernandes

Hello I made a family trip two adults, a three-year-old and a one-year-old baby. The house has accommodated my children well, it is well worth it! Cost benefit! The house is really in front of the beach and to see the sunrise from inside the house, very beautiful and with the convenience of staying in the net watching the sunrise. Well equipped kitchen, all new! The tbm house has a chair, umbrella, cooler, ball, bodyboard and etc. Easy to find, I received a video of how to reach also restaurant tips and a lot of hospitality from Nathália. I would definitely stay again. I was worried that I didn't have air conditioning, but the house is very cool, it sells a lot at night and the fans gave the message. We did not have a problem sleeping. The house is within a condominium, and the street is dirt, in case of rain it is mud, on the street of the bakery there is a large area of mud. None of this hindered my stay and I'm leaving some details here for those who like to read until the end

The house is very good, spacious, super airy and fresh, it has a great little backyard with shower and a little gate with access to the car that super facilitates the arrival of the beach and is still very close to the beach Dunas/Foguete I would definitely come back! We loved it!!!

Great house, really like in the pictures. Great location and close to everything (you need to use a car to go to the beach). Cozy, safe and family-friendly location. Host super attentive and easy to communicate. The only point to improve would be the air-conditioning (they make a lot of noise and get in the way of sleep). I recommend the house to those looking for tranquility and security.

They were wonderful days at the home of Leila and Álvaro. Both were very receptive since the arrival, good communication, Leila is a cute one, has always been available for anything in relation to our stay. In relation to the house, everything according to the description and the photos. The house is impeccable is a new building. A lot of clean and smells! All very tasteful and high quality. In the kitchen has everything you need, bedrooms with comfortable beds, excellent shower bathrooms (4 bathrooms), covered car space, not to mention the sensational location, average 7 minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and with several shops close to the house. In short, the place is fantastic and very cozy. Sure you would return at the next opportunity.

The best view of Cabo Frio. Highly recommended. The house is fabulous. Much better than what you see in the photos and has 24-hour private security. It has 3 floors, all with large balconies overlooking the sea and a swimming pool overlooking the sea. Ideal for large families

Welcoming and cozy to Adriana's house, it felt like I was at home. Quiet and quiet condominium, ideal for a rest away from the hustle and bustle. The condominium has access to a wonderful lagoon, ideal for children and the elderly, as there is no wave and the water is warm , water is at knee height. I highly recommend Adriana's house!! Maravilhosa! The house is amazing and even more beautiful than in the pictures. It has a stunning view, a space that allows you a complete integration, in addition to making all the equipment available for a great stay (pans, cutlery, linens and clean towels). Township looks like it was renovated a short time, all brand new. The host is flexible and super attentive, responds super fast. We love and we will definitely return.

Excellent stay. The house is really great, with a beautiful structure, spectacular lap pool, hydro and sauna. 4 very good, spacious en-suites, a typical beach house, made to be used in comfort. The location is the best in Manguinhos Beach, a few meters from the beach, in a gated community and with space for 3 cars. The staff structure is good, the caretaker does the shopping and a great barbecue. Finally, perfect communication with Carlos. I hope to be back soon.
