House well equipped and close to the beach All according to listing descriptions. Pool shared with other apartments on the same lot, but it was super quiet for the kids to enjoy the pool at the end of the day. The condominium is quiet and has restaurants, vendinha, bakery, mini pharmacy... We were very pleased and intend to return. The only criticism, for improvement purposes, is that when we got home it had an unpleasant odor. I think due to it being closed and there was a return of sewage odor. But when you ventilated the house and put disinfectant in the drains, the bad smell is gone.

My family and I like more of the house, very well assembled and organized, the structure of the condominium, the feeling of security and the best, a few meters from the beach. The condominium is 16km from downtown Prado and 15km from Alcobaça, I suggest going by car, as there is a lot of good beach nearby, but you have to have a car, however if you want to stay just there, you will definitely enjoy the beach and you will rest a lot. The host is also top, super attentive, gave us tips from the region and always responded when I needed to clarify any questions, congratulations.

The property is very close to the beach and a kiosk. The condominium has a convenience store that serves in the basics; otherwise, you need to go to the supermarket, which is 15 minutes away. I stayed at the home of Vânia and Pedro was a simply unforgettable experience! We had quiet and pleasant days next to our family, making the most of everything the house offers. And when I say everything, that's all! You will really feel at home, with all the comfort and practicality needed for a perfect stay. Vânia and Pedro are exceptional hosts, wonderful people we have had the privilege of meeting. The house is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures — every detail exceeds expectations! We spent four incredible days in Guaratiba, and it was a shame not to be able to stay any longer. The feeling of being home was real! Each moment was worth it and undoubtedly it was an investment that made up for every penny. Can't wait to go back! Super recommend. Mr. Jessé super kind, made us happy. As we arrived around 16 hours, he left fresh breads for us to drink coffee. The irreplaceable house, all first quality. As he said himself, worry about bringing only bath towel. We already rented other homes through Airbnb, but this time it was the best, host and home. Not to mention Prado is sensational. I recommend it! one thing is for sure, we will come back again again.

It was an excellent stay! Although the pool is shared with the residents/visitors of two other houses, this did not cause us any discomfort or lack of privacy, we were well served and Neander is a person of easy communication and very kind!

New house, very organized, with impeccable cleaning, all the utensils needed to make the meals, spacious backyard with very good lawn, excellent for those who have children, very good pool, we feel at home. We already knew Guaratiba and had other stays there, but this one was undoubtedly the best.

Hosts are super helpful and quick to respond to us. The house is very cozy, super clean and organized. All complete. Super nice and comfortable. The only caveat is the area in common with the other houses. One of them was with guests who put loud music and lyrics that did not suit my family that had children. No more, a beautiful and delicious place.

The house is wonderful, super spacious and with an almost private beach. The kitchen is super equipped and you can see the care with every little thing, even in the decor. Heloísa and Bruno are also wonderful hosts, super helpful and trying to do the best all the time for guests. I recommend anyone who wants to spend quiet and invigorating days in a beautiful place!

The house is extremely faithful to the photos. Very Beautiful and wide. We live excellent days in the house. The only improvement feedback I can give is that the house wasn't very clean when we arrived and there was a lot of dirt underneath beds and furniture. The swimming pool also ended up turning off the pump from the house when he went to clean the pool and we ran out of water. However, the city of Anfitria has always been zealous and quick in the answers and I also believe that it must be very difficult to get good service providers in the region. But I quite indicate the house, very good. It was worth the rental.
