House well equipped and close to the beach All according to listing descriptions. Pool shared with other apartments on the same lot, but it was super quiet for the kids to enjoy the pool at the end of the day. The condominium is quiet and has restaurants, vendinha, bakery, mini pharmacy... We were very pleased and intend to return. The only criticism, for improvement purposes, is that when we got home it had an unpleasant odor. I think due to it being closed and there was a return of sewage odor. But when you ventilated the house and put disinfectant in the drains, the bad smell is gone.

My family and I like more of the house, very well assembled and organized, the structure of the condominium, the feeling of security and the best, a few meters from the beach. The condominium is 16km from downtown Prado and 15km from Alcobaça, I suggest going by car, as there is a lot of good beach nearby, but you have to have a car, however if you want to stay just there, you will definitely enjoy the beach and you will rest a lot. The host is also top, super attentive, gave us tips from the region and always responded when I needed to clarify any questions, congratulations.

the stay was excellent, the host very requested and kind. the house is exactly as announced, the kitchen is simple but enough for a good stay, I love that the house is close to the beach , you can walk in the morning and contemplate the sea at the end of the day.

We spent four incredible days in Guaratiba, and it was a shame not to be able to stay any longer. The feeling of being home was real! Super recommend. Mr. Jessé super kind, made us happy. As we arrived around 16 hours, he left fresh breads for us to drink coffee. The irreplaceable house, all first quality. As he said himself, worry about bringing only bath towel. We already rented other homes through Airbnb, but this time it was the best, host and home. Not to mention Prado is sensational. I recommend it! one thing is for sure, we will come back again again.

Good afternoon! It was a wonderful 10 days of vacation, we were able to enjoy the house, pool, Guaratiba beach and others nearby, fishing in the lagoon, bakery and pizzeria in Guaratiba excellent. Very kind the housekeeper, Mr. Evaldo , thank you Sabrina for giving us these days.

Hosts are super helpful and quick to respond to us. The house is very cozy, super clean and organized. All complete. Super nice and comfortable. The only caveat is the area in common with the other houses. One of them was with guests who put loud music and lyrics that did not suit my family that had children. No more, a beautiful and delicious place.

The house is wonderful, super spacious and with an almost private beach. The kitchen is super equipped and you can see the care with every little thing, even in the decor. Heloísa and Bruno are also wonderful hosts, super helpful and trying to do the best all the time for guests. I recommend anyone who wants to spend quiet and invigorating days in a beautiful place!

Silvany's place is awesome! The days that my family and I spent in Guaratiba/BA were special. The house was impeccably clean, with comfortable rooms, all equipped with a suite and air-conditioning. The beds were very cozy, and the kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The living area was a highlight, with a beautiful wooden table, sink, barbecue and an excellent swimming pool. Silvany was an exceptional host, always available to answer our questions and provide all the necessary information about the condominium. We definitely intend to return and recommend the stay to everyone on Airbnb.

I loved the stay of Éder's house!! Whenever I needed him, he proved available and attentive! The bathrooms need to improve the Box's glass issue, as they were a bit jammed and the social bathroom was leaking water and soaking the bathroom. We had some power problems in the condominium, but due to the number of residents on the site and the time of the year, it was super understandable.

The house is extremely faithful to the photos. Very Beautiful and wide. We live excellent days in the house. The only improvement feedback I can give is that the house wasn't very clean when we arrived and there was a lot of dirt underneath beds and furniture. The swimming pool also ended up turning off the pump from the house when he went to clean the pool and we ran out of water. However, the city of Anfitria has always been zealous and quick in the answers and I also believe that it must be very difficult to get good service providers in the region. But I quite indicate the house, very good. It was worth the rental.
