We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

The ap is great, clean, it has everything we need! Everything works perfectly. In addition to the optimal location. Super close to the beach, market, bakery and all the places we went for a walk. We saved the car in the garage and only took it out to leave. Leonardo always responded quickly to my messages and was super understandable in relation to the conditions of my dog. ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

Amazing!!! Great place to enjoy and feel safe in Brazil. The beach is very clean. Nice people very helpful. The Condomínio of the apartment does provide an umbrella and four beach chairs waiting for you all set up at the beach. Excellent idea to enjoy your day to get your sun bath, eating and drinking. The water filtration sistem that the apartment has it was perfect. Good water! Welcome chocolate and note. Definitely you should go there.

Thank you Raquel, we had a wonderful time, the apartment is super complete. My husband was able to work quietly the days he was there. It's close to a restaurant, market, pharmacy. Close enough to walk to both Riviera and Itaguaré beaches. Great apartment for those with children as it is all screened, being very safe. We definitely left wanting to come back again.

The apartment was in great condition and supplied with utensils and other items that made the stay more enjoyable. Communication with the host Vanessa was quick and easy.
