Very nice place, very spacious house is very well distributed , impeccable cleaning, to be quite quiet people. Everything was looking good !!

Super recommend this house, very good accommodations (bed, mattresses, sofa), fast internet, with kitchen utensils, garage for 4 cars, and I still think it would give 1 more if needed, this is important in our demand due to not being able to park on the street of the house, all rooms with good size, to put mattress on the floor if need be, we have 6 days without taking the cars, the house is close to everything, market, pharmacy, shops, restaurants and other 2 beaches that can go on foot. Certainly a great home, we will return.

Very good house, spacious, very well equipped kitchen, rooms with good beds, good bathrooms. Because it is a new neighborhood, it is a little far from the places we programmed to visit, but the tranquility and silence of the place paid off.

The stay was incredible, without any defects. Communication with Luiz before we even got to the house was excellent and upon arrival it is a dazzle of accommodation, we were impressed. All exactly as the photos and description advertised. The house is totally equipped, we did not have to take any domestic items. Not to mention, of course, the view from the terrace. During the day is amazing, but I confess that the outdoor area at night is even more. We'll be back soon, no doubt!

Apartment exceeded all expectations. Optimizes location and side access to the very quiet garage. I was extremely surprised by the quality of the kkkkkkkkk shower. Of the rest, very cozy apartment and high standard.

The apartment is incredible, with an excellent outdoor area, barbecue and a swimming pool for the children, close to the beach, has all the facilities to enjoy the beach

Large apartment with a lot of space for those who go with big family. The great swimming pool, the kitchen utensils have the basics, I missed the strainer and the coffee bottle I'm not a big fan of coffee maker, noodle drainer hehehe too. The surroundings is great, sea view is too good. Two large and good toilets, one smaller and one washed. I recommend it

The apartment with a great location, pleasant atmosphere, corresponded perfectly with the description of the listing, accommodated the entire family in comfort. Very receptive host and answered any questions quickly. Indico for sure for family and friends.

Cozy environment, market/ bakery, etc. There is a priainha nearby, which manages to go on but unfortunately I do not recommend it, by car is about 14 minutes from Mariscal that we think is much better. Host is always available for questions and some issues that have arisen.

Cozy place. Everything very consistent with the photos and utterance. The site has a structure where it is a bit of maintenance, however, in the others very consistent and valid!

The house was everything we could ask for and more. It is huge, beautiful and with all the amenities. Incredible pool and park, giant common spaces, it has all the appliances you may need. We were a family of 10 people. The house is so large that each person could maintain their privacy. Super recommended. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. Thanks to Lisiane who was attentive to everything we needed. Great guest. We will definitely be back

The stay in Rogério's Cabin was fantastic. The space is wide and very well located on the waterfront. We'll definitely be back.

very large house, corresponding photographs, it is very private. Beautiful view, expedited access to the beach, maintenance of the house and pool was daily, quick attention from the host during the stay, very safe place. there is a convenience store 2 blocks away. To go to places with restaurants or more touristic to get around by uber ( a good means of transportation). In my case it did not work food order or supermarket at home because it was required to have a Brazilian phone number, this last complicates since being large the group of people who host must be made a large supermarket order which was not possible to request it online, we had to go to another playa to buy ( in Daniela there is no big supermarket) and we could not buy so much because we moved in uber. I am very kind and attentive, flexible.

The perfect space for event in the summer, with the tent rental held all the guests even with rain.

Both the house and Jolantha's attention met all our expectations. The house, in addition to being large and comfortable, has a very special candor. You can see Jolantha's good taste in every detail (paintings, books, music, etc.). Despite how cute Praia Brava is, you also want to stay in the house enjoying it. The neighborhood is very quiet and gives you access to the most exclusive part of the beach. Communication with Jolantha was always very easy and cordial. Always pay attention to our consultations. The early check-in flexibility is also very appreciated. If I go back to Praia Brava I don't doubt I would do it at Jolantha's house. 10/10.
