Sensational! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and tightly clean. The rooms have comfortable beds and cabinets embedded in the closets. Bed linen and towels are offered by the host. Everything very clean, smelly and tidy. The kitchen is super equipped in terms of pots, shapes, platters, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, clean dish cloths, large and very good stovetop, microwave and etc. A filter with ice water is a very positive differential. The BBQ area is also excellent, with everything you're entitled to! In this space we also have access to a beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Rosi and her husband live upstairs and clean them upstairs, which makes the experience very comfortable. We made a family trip and enjoyed the house a lot, in addition to the beautiful beaches , all very close by (5-8 minutes' drive away). Although not in the face of the beach, the location is execellent! I hope to return and strongly recommend!

I stayed at this house and it was a wonderful experience! The space is immense, which brought a lot of comfort throughout the stay. The location is excellent, very close to tourist attractions and with easy access to restaurants and shops. The house is well equipped and offers everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The only reservation I would make is about the air-conditioning, which was a little weak. However, this did not compromise the overall experience. I would certainly recommend this house to anyone looking for comfort, location and space!

The experience we had in this place was just amazing! The house was spotless! It's all very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, bathrooms with a wonderful smell, and the kitchen completely refurbished, with new fabrics and utensils. This house is a piece of Heaven on earth, the sea breeze constantly hits the wonderful balcony, pool deck and the gourmet area, the beach we find it wonderful to choose beach with kiosk and no kiosk for those who want something more reserved for still have a forest reserve on the beach and on the other side has the kiosks. To our surprise, we still find some treats left with affection — a gesture that demonstrates the care and attention to the guests. Flávia is an excellent host, it makes you extremely comfortable. The house is large and cozy, well-equipped kitchen, with all appliances working well, we don't miss anything. Heated Pool is a great differential and the air conditioning in all the rooms.

I also emphasize here the service of the secretary Luana, we hired her service separately to take care of the cleaning and organization of the penthouse and she was wonderful in her service, she captivated us! I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. About the place, everything was very clean, the apartment is large, comfortable and airy, in addition to the perfect location on Bacutia beach. I want to stay in the apartment again!

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.
