The appartment is amazing! Acolhedor, Limpo, organized, really fantastic. Mr. Osvaldo was sensational at all times from the closing of the reservation until the Checkout... Super recommend!!!!!

Clean, well-organized apartment, with bed and bath linens available. The only bad point was that we found those cheap closets in the apartment, but I think it's more of a building issue, because in the parking lot we found cheap ones as well.

According to a consecutive year that we stayed in an AMAZING apartment, my family and I are passionate about the place. The view is wonderful, the apartment is super cozy and complete and not to mention in all the support we have from the host! Closed-eyed Indico and I will always come back more often. Till next time! Great location, great accommodation, on the side of the EXTRA supermarket that works 24h, you will be saved here for the next times I go to Ocian beach to stay in the same place, the hostess was super friendly and proactive at all times, super recommend!!!

The stay was spectacular. The house is just delicious. Everything works, spacious, cozy. We were in 10 people and they all settled very well. Dishes, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, shower, TV with streaming… everything works great. We arrived and there was a Marcela mime on the counter… very kind, friendly, attentive, helpful, responded quickly. The beach in front of the house is very quiet, without much movement what was perfect for me. Anyway… I really felt at home. Too bad it was only two days. But I will definitely return!

My stay at this beach house was great,From the moment we arrived, we were well received by the hostess. The house is spacious, well decorated and equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay. The well-equipped kitchen has allowed us to prepare our meals,Rooms are cozy and comfortable beds. The location is good, with the beach 15 minutes away. We spent 2 wonderful days, swimming in the pool and making chusrrasco,In addition, there are several options of restaurants and shops nearby, which has made our stay even more convenient. The hostess was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to answer any questions and ensure that we had everything we we needed it. Second consecutive year I stay in one of Alessandra and Milton's properties!! I don't have anything to say...Always perfect!! Very well located building, close to malls, pharmacies, markets, pet shop. bakeries. sorveterias, bars and restaurants. and the main only cross the street and I have my feet in the sand. The ap is impeccable, everything oq vc imagine q may need to use in the kitchen there has rsrs they think in every detail. chek-in and check-out with the best times, we can sign on to enjoy the day we arrived and the day we left!! Apartment near the edge of Santos, with great location. Clean, good quality linens. Free parking on site and easy Check-in. Kitchen contains main utensils to serve the guest.

My husband and I love staying in Alice's apartment, a clean and organized place, great location has shops close to the residence,and the beach is nearby as well. Alice always helping us answer questions and answering very quickly. We will definitely come back more often!
