The house is great! Her funds give to an unspoiled forest, giving more warmth to the local. It is very well equipped and had all the amenities of the description, including air-conditioning in all environments. When we had difficulty turning on the TV, one of the hosts went there to assist us. We paid the extra to have towels and bedding and everything was right and clean. You've met our expectations! The house is in a condominium that just cross the street (the main avenue) you are already on the beach, and is located in the most quiet and residential beach area (but it was not an impediment to enjoying the trendiest side of Maresias). I and my family (including our puppy) loved and we would definitely be staying in the house again

We passed the Réveillon at Solar Siriúba and had an amazing experience! The house is extremely airy, providing a pleasant climate even on the hotter days. The integration with nature is one of the highlights, with lots of surrounding greenery, birds and a view that makes the stay even more special. The structure of the house is excellent, all very well cared for and organized, which made us feel very at ease. The communal spaces are large and ideal for group moments, but there are also more reserved areas for those looking for tranquility. I recommend it to those seeking a comfortable and harmonious refuge with nature, especially for special occasions such as New Year's. We will definitely return!

My family and I have absolutely nothing negative to talk about the house! We were super well accommodated, the house is spectacular, excellent location. We don't have to take the car out once at night, as the best restaurants are in the area. We would like to emphasize how well Rose Zé welcomed us, with a lot of education and sympathy! They take care of the home and well-being of guests with such affection. Amamos spend the week at the house, and we definitely intend to go back. And we thank Rafael, for always responding with agility, very proactive!

Casa Aconchegante and very pleasant! From the beginning, the communication with the owner was great. Responses were quick and clear. The towels and bed linen were new. My family and I felt at home. A lot of utensils at your disposal. The condominium has selective collection (which made me extremely happy). There was no power outage, no lack of water. The condominium gives access to Praia da Feiticeira, which has a structure. But I recommend the right end of the beach (quieter). It is possible to park 3 cars in the garage. The laundry is well equipped and has a dryer (which was very helpful). My only suggestion would be to leave the visits of the person responsible for cleaning the Swimming Pool, already scheduled, for the period. The "outside" room of the house is delicious, has great privacy and excellent air-conditioning. It's worth it. I loved it and highly recommend it.

My family and I felt at home in Cleuber's home! He from the beginning was helpful and attentive and helped me with a lot of information about the beaches, restaurants, etc. The apartment is a grace, super functional and well clean! As promised, we returned. It was our second lodging in Maria Dolores's chalet. In the meantime the condominium made improvements in the pool area. The chalet remains faithful to the pictures. Space clean, organized, quiet. Air conditioning is an important differential. And sleep listening to the waves hitting the coast in Toque-Toque more important even. A very well equiped kitchen.
