He gave precise instructions on the check in, including video showing the parking space, provided local instructions and tips in a complete binding, including photos of the main beaches and walks. The apartment was clean and had kitchenware. We only miss a bucket or bowl to help clean the ap or wash clothes since it does not have a washing machine. We would be back for sure!! Thank you.

You can hire without fear! Place is exactly as advertised. Michele is a sweetheart with the guests. Clean and accurate instructions. Attenciosa always. The apto super clean and fragrant. Hotel, BOM, flat pleasant, and still has a little bit. I thought it was odd to have to bring bedding, the flat is not cheap, so the least was having bedding. The penthouse is top, the pool is very pleasant, the waiter is a cute one. I met my expectations yes, I would do it again.

Fantastic experience! Quiet location, close to bakeries, craft/food fair, restaurants and, in particular, to the beach. The apartment is undoubtedly much better in person than in the pictures. It accommodated 6 adults and two children in total comfort. Leonardo always catered to us to answer questions and assist us. The only point of attention is the parapet of the balconies, which we find a little low and dangerous for children.

My stay was excellent in the flat of Maria do Carmo. The place exactly matches the photos, everything was clean and according to the advertised. It was a great deal to get the flat with the hotel structure, which is mto good. The apartment has a great and comfortable space and a beautiful view of the balcony. The microwave was very helpful. The hostess was kindly mto and requests with the information and always answered promptly, any questions. I will come back for sure.

Wonderful place to vacation. 150 meters from the beach of Manghinhos, beach of warm water and of little people. Easy to reach downtown with an uber. The same as the other beaches, although I recommend going to Rua das Pedras and from there take taxi boat to other beaches, it is more fun. The accommodation is a few blocks from supermarkets so it was better for me to order x phone at the supermarket SO MUCH that it is more expensive but everything gets you right away. The beautiful house, nicely decorated, with garden, patio table, grill, two showers... we were super comfortable. The condo is super safe, quiet, comfortable. The pool is beautiful, the game room too... The truth, a luxury! I would come back without hesitation when visiting Buzios again and I hope that will be soon! Stay with confidence that you won't regret it. The gral cleanliness is EXCELLENT. Until the last tacita... Very grateful for the attention of the host, always attentive and well prepared! THANK YOU!

It has greatly exceeded our expectations. The house is within a super cozy condo. It has the facilities of a small house and the facilities of a hotel such as a swimming pool, sauna, housekeeping, storage and change of bed and bath linen. The service staff are kind and attentive. The super-equipped kitchen and location is excellent with everything close by. The host was thoughtful and thoughtful. We will certainly be back!!

I enjoyed the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to expedite it is better to drive there. The location is great as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. On the day we went the apartment was without internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so this was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, the night when we arrived in the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from mobile to TV. And Jorginho (janitor) is super polite and always helped us when needed, especially in this issue of Internet/check in and check out. The apt has potential, it is large, accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we miss utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses,pots) In addition,expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

Paula always quickly responded to the messages, removed all my doubts about the apartment before booking it, on the day of my checkin he was communicating with me to know more or less the time I was going to arrive, as agreed was waiting for me when I arrived, showed the whole condominium and the apartment. Paula is to be congratulated. The clean apartment, the beds all tidy, bath towels, bedding, pillows, blankets, all clean and smelling. Township had a sun guard, 2 chairs and cooler to take to the beach, it helped a lot. The yummy condominium, the swimming pool, sauna, gym, play library, we use and we love it. The place of the apartment is very quiet, extra market in the front, just cross the street, I went several times on foot, did not need to use the car, there are restaurants nearby, pharmacy, etc... The beach of Forte is 6 minutes by car. I got to know the beaches of Cabo frio, Arraial do Cabo and Búzios, a great location to get to know the Lagos region... Note 10

Apartamento do Sérgio is very large and airy balcony huge location great to visit the Lagos region. Sergio always very attentive to our accommodation.

The stay was excellent. The house matches what was shown in the photos and descriptions. The condominium is extremely safe, calm and the infrastructure even better than the one described in the ad. Obviously because it is a beach house, it is subject to natural wear, but with bathrooms in PERFECT condition, kitchen in very good condition and very welcoming living and dining room, especially for family groups. The rooms are good size with air-conditioning working perfectly. I suggest to guests more "boring" to bring personal bedding as the provided is basic but still quite comfortable and functional. The host Márcio was always quick and helpful, as was his employees. It is a pruning in the area of the outdoor shower because nature is fulfilling its role. Voltaria no doubt, although the displacement requires a few extra minutes due to high season. In short: STAY TOP! Excellent cost-benefit ratio.

The place is a dream; the view of the beach is very beautiful. Everything is even better than in the photos, very clean and tidy. Vitor was an excellent host, very flexible and gave us many tips. We'll be back when we can!

House is just as it appears in the photos, and it offers a very good structure for large families. It occupies a fairly large plot of land in a gated condominium on the side of the road that connects Búzios to Cabo Frio, with easy access to the beautiful beach of Caravelas (a few minutes' drive). Everything works well: the pool is cleaned daily by a homemade, the barbecue has a generous space, the rooms are large and well assembled. And Carlos, our host, was always very willing to communicate before, during, and after the trip.

An excellent option for those wishing to spend a vacation in a quiet place. Great for those who have children and adolescents because the condominium has a wide leisure area. It's not close to downtown, but it's worth it for comfort and peace. I recommend it!
