The stay was excellent, comfortable, airy, in a prime location! Host Rita responded with great agility all messages.

We really enjoyed our stay! great location, well-equipped, cozy and quiet, it felt like home the village would return for sure.

The space is as in the listing, very safe and beautiful condominium. Leonardo was available for questions at all times.

Great space, totally consistent with the photos and description. Natália is an excellent host... attentive and affectionate with the details when receiving. The location is very good, close to the supermarket and beaches. On our next round to Guarapari, if there is availability, I will restore this space again and I will indicate for sure!

Simply amazing!!! It was 5 days of tranquility and peace, Beach very close, cozy and organized house, very friendly host and good people…. We left with the return trip already planned … congratulations on everything.

The apartment is new, location is great, the gate of the building received us very well. Communication with the broker was also very good, responded quickly and was very attentive. I just didn't like that the host contacted me shortly before the stay commenting on a matter we had already talked about and agreed to. Kind of understanding that it was for us to cancel because it would not fit 8 adults comfortably in the apartment. I was not comfortable with it. But the apartment itself is great and the service too.

It was a great stay Dona Estela a lovely person, Ramando very kind and responds quickly to messages. The cozy accommodation with a very good location, close to the beach of the priests, Bacutia and Peracanga. Commerce nearby such as Hortifruti, beverage depot, market, pharmacy, fuel station and several others. I will definitely be back as soon as possible!!!

The house of Cláudia is even better than shown in the pictures! Cláudia is extremely attentive and kind! The house is very clean and organized, excellent bed and bath linens, fine white and excellent appliances! The laser area is excellent, great for children and for barbecues and partying! The view from the house to the beach is lovely! And the beach is paradise! Thanks Cláudia for welcoming our family so well, we will be back again for sure!

The house is simply wonderful, comfort, cleaning, utensils, a very usual house, very tasty outside area. These were wonderful days among friends and family. Great location, very close to the multiplace plus. We will definitely return. The owner of the house, Sylvia, immediately answered all the requests we had.

Amamos spend this time in the apartment and Wagner. His very kind and cordial wife. All excellent furniture, utensils tbm. Very close to the beaches. Super recommend it. You don't even need to move the car out of the driveway. The building staff are also very kind.

Condominio perfect for kids! safe, well-kept place, adult and children's pool, little bar next to the pool with self-service (thing simple). next to the beach, if you want to walk, if you're not going to take a lot to the beach. helpful and friendly condominium employees. very nice barbecue area. Apartment exactly as in the pictures, it has the basics in the kitchen, such as silverware, dishes, pots, shapes and thermos. it accommodated perfectly myself, my wife, my son and my parents. We look forward to returning soon!

Beautiful apartment! Well located, large and well furnished! It has everything a family, or two as my case, needs. Well-assembled kitchen, new and comfortable mattresses. Both Juliano and Jaqueline are very helpful. The building's elevator is the building's elevator. It underwent maintenance on 07/09/24 and during the period we were there, from 15 to 25/07/24 it stopped working 04 times, one of them with me inside and again when we arrived from the beach and we had to climb the six floors of stairs with the beach materials. But the flat is very nice! We love it! We love it!
