Nice place, clean and cozy, highly recommend

Amazing place for people looking to explore Prague but also nature around it. the place is well equiped and it feels like furniture and amenities have been selected with care and quality in mind. the place was also great for our dog and I think would be great for kids as well. If your looking for quiet and piece of mind as well as top notch wellness this place is great. The only thing that was not perfect was that a bridge was closed for construction which made the drive to Prague much longer and less comfortable (especially in severe weather conditions we had). This is of course out of Roman's control... We had a magnificent relaxing time and would love to come back!

A really lovely place to stay near Prague, and Pavla is an extremely helpful and gracious host. As described and the photos accurately depict the house. As some others have mentioned, there is an issue with a smell from the pipework near the boiler and in bathrooms, but we found that got better after a while (either we got used to it or regular use of the water meant that the smell lessened). This is probably worth noting if you are sensitive to smells. Aside from that, the place is extremely clean, warm (it was 0°C outside during our stay) and the kitchen has modern well-functioning appliances. Thanks Pavla!

We choice this place for having girls nurturing and catching up weekend. And we are recommending this place for 100%!! Clean, modern, cozy place for grilling, fire place in living room, Spacious kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and the peace is relaxing. ☺️

The house is increadible and very cousy! Just one thing was a little bit disappointing - the hot tub was not working and it's winter, so we couldn't use the pool either. Despite of that everything else was fine and the hosts are very friendly! We got also a treat because of the tub!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this chalet near Stříbrná Skalice! The location is perfect for discovering all the surrounding places where the game Kingdom Come is set. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking, and we really enjoyed evenings by the grill. The hot tub with a view was the cherry on top — such a great way to relax after exploring the surroundings. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return!

Our time at this wonderful place was just amazing. We felt extremely comfortable right from the beginning. Especially the lovingly designed garden with the fantastic jacuzzi was a real highlight. Thanks to the safe fence, I was able to leave my dog carefree outside. The house is stocked with anything needed for a relaxing stay. Self check-in and check-out went smoothly, creating extra comfort. The week went by and we can fully recommend this place. Special praise goes to the hosts, who are extremely helpful and warm. We had a great long weekend together with friends in Olga's house. We loved it. House and property are extremely well maintained and in a very quiet location. There is a hot tub in the garden, which also offers a refreshment in the summer during the day and invites you to linger in the evening. The absolutely fenced grounds were especially great - especially with the dogs who enjoyed the time very much. We will be happy to come back, especially because the area invites you to great cycling adventures. So also an absolute recommendation for larger groups. However, it should be noted that it is great for 4-5 couples. There were several double beds in one room - you should know that, but is also well communicated and we were able to see this from the reviews beforehand. Warm thanks, dear Olga!

This villa is a real gem. It is located in a quiet and elegant neighborhood, ideal for relaxing. The stylish decor ensures the highest level of comfort. The spacious living room with its comfortable seating invites you to linger, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything for pleasant self-catering, and the cozy bedrooms guarantee restful sleep. A special highlight is the outdoor area: The spacious garden with comfortable seating and a heated hot tub create an exclusive feel-good atmosphere. In addition, two comfortable parking spaces are available. The host Lucie convinced with exceptional hospitality, helpfulness. She was always available and made sure nothing was missing. An outstanding place to stay.

We had a great time, plenty of space for everyone. Close to the city, grocery stores and gas, and felt very safe and comfortable.

The space was beautiful and in a good location. Close to the train station and plenty of restaurants and stores. It was in new town but very walkable to old town. The host met us at the house and was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property when visiting Prague.

Amazing house, made our trip if anything. Hosts were very kind and responsive and gave many recommendations. The house itself was even better than the pictures and the locations was so easy to get in and out of the centre. Would 100% go back, absolutely loved it.

We had a nice time at Petr's house. The place is clean and has good beds. If you come with 5 or 6 people, you will have the entire house to yourself. Petr responds right away if you ask anything and is always willing to help you. During your stay, you have a very sweet cat who likes to be cuddled all day long. The house is less than half an hour from Prague.

This apartment exceeded our expectations! It was even better than we imagined—super clean, incredibly spacious, and very comfortable. In fact, it felt like it could easily accommodate more people than the listed maximum. We truly felt at ease and could completely relax during our stay. We would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend!
