Perfect and unbeatable location that provides the tranquility of nature and where you will find 200 meters from the Neptuno shopping center and 1 km from the downtown area and tourist areas. The house has a large living room with a pellet stove, 4 bedrooms with air conditioning , 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Great garden area with pool ,barbecue and beer faucet, parking for vehicles.

The accommodation is located in the ground floor of an old house. It is independent, consists of bedroom with bathroom and kitchen dining room of its own. The access streets are in a hillside. Each home has a different side of the house and its private terrace. We live on the floors upstairs. I am very thorough with disinfection cleaning and disinfection. The pool may not be crystal clear for a few days, though we try to make it clean. It's shared.
