Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

This apartment is located in the beautiful Weberviertel in Potsdam. Peaceful in a small side street but centrally located. Within walking distance you can reach s-Bahn, bus and tram and the park Babelsberg. The apartment is ideal for families, smaller groups and business travelers. It can be rented for a short time or longer period of time. Free parking is available outside the house. In addition to the price, there is a 5% city tax (cash or bank transfer payable via Airbnb).

quiet holiday apartment, 27 sqm, close to the city

Experience Potsdam skin close and yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential area directly on the Ravensbergen, which invites you beautifully to hikes and bike rides. The main train station and Potsdam-Zentrum are about 3-5 km away from here and can be easily reached by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

You can look forward to three bedrooms, a living room where a Prussian Grenadier lived 250 years ago, a kitchen-living room where he cooked and a bathroom that he had not yet known (Gründerzeit). The equipment is a mix of Gründerzeit, design and media market. From the plank floor, you can easily remove any spilled red wine from the wine merchant in the immediate vicinity.

The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. Within a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the property by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). The small shop for groceries, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service can be done within 200 m to the property. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space on the property can be booked for 5.00€/night.

Filmpark Babelsberg/RBB/Medienstadt apartment

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Filmpark Babelsberg and the district of the same name are interesting excursion destinations. The S-Bahn train, which is about 15 minutes' walk away, takes you to Berlin in 25 minutes or Potsdam city centre in 10 minutes. You can drive to the motorway within 5 minutes, but neither they nor the train can be heard at night.

" Quiet, central apartment near Park Sanssouci "

What location; right on Sanssouci Park! The apartment is located exactly where city and nature unite: historic buildings, pleasantly relaxed and yet secluded: look forward to the "Park Sanssouci" right on your doorstep (about 300 m walk). The cozy city centre with its idyllic street and park cafes as well as shopping facilities can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, the path leading through the historic old town.

Potsdam to feel good!!

In the villa district Babelsberg you will find a high-quality and tastefully furnished guest apartment with its own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the tram towards Potsdam and 15 minutes walk to the S-Bahn Griebnitzsee towards Berlin open the door to two exciting cities. In a quiet environment, you can then relax in a full bath in its free-standing bathtub or enjoy a glass of wine in summer or go to the lake. We look forward to it.

Comfortable 2-room apartment

My guest apartment offers space for 2-4 people on 45 m2. It is comfortably furnished-modern and invites you to linger - so my guests say it:-). After a long day of excursion, the separate bedroom allows you to retreat a little. The apartment also has its own kitchenette and a shower room. With more than two guests, the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
