Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Potočnica

It's a fantastic place, we want to go back. We were in 9 people and we felt great. The apartments are not the latest, but their location and specific layout, which provides privacy and at the same time allows you to spend time with friends, rewards everything. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the nearest beach, which we used most often. It's perfect for children - big, sandy, with a playground. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Special thanks to Mrs. Lila, who was very kind and helpful to us.

We stayed in Novela's studio in the week of August, for us it was excellent, there is everything you need and it feels like home. Novel and Mr. Mirco are extremely friendly people, kind but at the same time discreet, for us the top. Then from there you can reach many beautiful beaches and the water looks like a tap, beautiful.

Apartments are clean and well-maintained and well-stocked. Beautiful view from the terrace to the sea. The beach is very close to the apartment🏖🏝🏜. Everything was perfectly fine. The house was very clean when we arrived. We could have checked in a little early which was cool. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea, which is definitely worth it 🙌🏻 Behind the house is a private sand beach, which is accessed by stairs. The beach is very narrow (about 1 meter), so you can't lie directly on it, but there are sun loungers behind the house on which you can lie with a beautiful view of the sea 🧡 Nina is a good host who responds to everything quickly, we solved everything we needed with her without any problems. Even when we were noisier (which we are of course sorry), she solved this problem with us with complete comfort 🤝🏻 The air conditioning is only in the living room, so it's the coldest, the rooms are a little warmer, but definitely the air conditioning is enough to cool the whole apartment, as long as you don't let yourself in unnecessarily warm. For us, we rate the apartment 10/10 and it's definitely worth it 🙌🏻 Thanks!

We felt like at home. The accommodation met our expectations. Spacy and shady parking spots, working wifi, outside shower, big refrigerator, etc. Position of the house was perfect for us - close to the shop/restaurant/beach, but quiet place 100 m from the main street of Privlaka. Thank you for accomodation, I hope one day we will come back...

We spent about a week in this beautiful and lovely village. I recommend a visit here to anyone who wants to retreat a little from the noise of the world. The sea is literally a few meters from the apartment, where you can take a dip, and a beautiful path leads to another, hidden beach. It is a perfect place for walking and relaxing. The apartment is beautiful, tidy, comfortable and clean, we were able to relax well and enjoy breakfast in the sea breeze in the morning or wine in the evening on the balcony at sunset. Gabriela is a discreet and extremely helpful host, thank you for having us here.

This is my second time staying here. It is one of my favorite Airbnbs ever! If I'm ever in this part of Croatia, I will always try to stay here! Perfect place in a beautiful location. Easy drive to Zadar, Plitvice, Paklenica NP, Pag!

We had a really great time. Petra is a truly super host. We surly go back in the future. Our one and a half year old daughter loved it. The apartment was clean, you can find everything nearby: market, restaurant, beach. It was really lovely.

Super family-friendly place in the middle of the old town. Rooftop terrace with harbor view and large kitchen. Extra living room. In short: Everything exactly as described I'd love to come back :-)

The apartment is simply fantastically located and top modernly furnished. Everything is new. A clothesline is stretched in the back garden. The pool is not too deep and big enough to swim a few laps. Unfortunately, the apartment is quite close to the street, so you can hear a car every now and then when you are by the pool. Maybe you could plant a few hedges here. The house is so new that it is unfortunately not yet drawn on Google Maps/satellite. But due to the beautiful blue shutters it is easy to find n.

The place is very great for big group of peoples or family. We went with 2 little kids who really enjoyed the place, there was even a small playground with everything. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, very well equipped kitchen and an amazing closed BBQ are. The hosts were very nice, responsive and came to help us immediately when we had any issues. Please note that it is a bit far from places to visit (Plitvice, Senj, …) but still totally worth the price and definitely would go back to stay there.

The house was amazing, like shown on the pictures. Everything was clean at our arrival and the host was reachable. The beach was easy reachable by foot. The jacuzzi, pool and sauna worked really well. We enjoyed our stay

Davorka and her husband were very sweet and always offered us their help with activities or if we needed anything. The house corresponded to the pictures and was in top condition. It was all very neat and clean. The surroundings and the beach were also a dream.

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

We had a nice stay at Sanel‘s Apartment and a great time in Novalja. Check-in and Check-out was very easy and Sanel is friendly, helpful and always reliable. He helped us out in every situation. The apartment was clean and the equipment of kitchen etc. was quite okay. The apartment is perfectly located and we could walk to every hotspot in the city. Nothing beats the great balkony with the wonderful view! We will definitely come again! :)

Super location, right on the beach, in a beautiful historic house. Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The beautiful old town is very easy to reach on foot after a short walk or even for €2 with a taxi boat. Katrine is a very nice host, the contact was very good. We received many tips and recommendations for remote beaches or great restaurants and leisure activities that have greatly enriched our stay.
