Vacation rentals in Poso Regency

We came by recommendation. When we read and spoke with Lian, we were fascinating by the story, the purpose and the meaning of the Dodoha Mosintuwu. The bamboo house is integrated in the environment. As it is mentioned in Sofia library ‘Today a reader, tomorrow a leader’ I can’t wait to read Lian’s book. Coming here was not only to stay in a comfortable Homestay, eat healthy food and buy local coconut oil but as well to know about the NGO and see how women and children are empowered. Our stay was a journey of social and cultural awareness about the story of the region.

Wonderfully quiet place (we hadn't experienced it on Sulawesi) in nature, with the good care and delicious food of Annelies and her team. Cottages are sufficiently large with beautiful views over the Poso swimming lake, accessible by boat or through the rice field. Walking through rice paddies to Peura and bike ride to Tentena are fun outings. Annelies has also arranged transportation for us, from Toraja and to Ampana.

We had a wonderful time with Lian & Biam. A wonderful place that they have created. Swimming in the lake first thing in the morning, having Lian explain a lot about the region and the projects she is involved in and learning a lot about the local plants was very exciting. The food was incredibly good. Lian is very helpful and gives you tips for excursions and helps you plan your trip. very quiet place with incredibly caring hosts. highly recommended

Yaffi is a really nice and helpful host. 10/10 reccomend!
