The apartment is very nice. You have a private spa for one hour a day. The apartment is located a small mountain road from the village of See. The drive to the lake takes about 15 minutes. The path is not recommended on foot.

Very cozy and beautiful cottage in a great mountain landscape! Great environment for sledding! Willy is very friendly and takes care of everything! Definitely recommended!

This was my first ever Airbnb stay. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and is exactly what’s displayed in the pictures. There’s an indoor heated pool and sauna in the spa area that makes this a unique stay compared to the others. Even tho we didn’t get to fully use the spa it was a great amenity to have. It’s about 13 minutes driving from the main attraction area so plan accordingly. If you’re not a fan of roads with many corners plan to encounter a few going up to the apartment as well. Andrea the cohost was very friendly and responsive. Overall this was a very nice location. It’s great for a weekend get away. I can just imagine how great it is summertime. Thanks a lot for accommodating us.

View is incredible, apartment in a great location with free garage use. Would 100% recommend a car if you stay here! All the hosts are great and very responsive, would definitely come back!

Our stay at Andrea’s place was absolutely fantastic! Every detail was so well thought out that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient, allowing us to arrive without any hassle. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that Andrea’s truly cares about the comfort of their guests, and we deeply appreciate it. If you are looking for a cozy and worry-free stay, this is the perfect place. Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. An extremely friendly, helpful, relaxed and emphatic hostess made our stay in the very well-equipped apartment pleasant. We loved the sensational views and the many pets (two cute dachshunds and four sweet cats). The approach on the last 600 meters and the steps to the apartment took some getting used to. The pool is tasteful and beautifully landscaped. Due to the rather bad weather for this season, however, we used it little. Restaurants etc. are not easily accessible on foot! There is a footpath to Gravedona, but with a full stomach I don't think it's so great. But you can, if you have stocked up in the Iperal in Dongo (preferably on the way there already), cook and dine wonderfully there. We can definitely recommend the place! Thanks Silvia!!

There were three of us for a week to go to the Biathlon World Championship. Since the apartment is in a great location and the connections by bus and train were perfect, it was the right choice. The apartment was very, very clean, very well equipped and the communication with Marc went smoothly. The housekeeper was also very helpful and friendly. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend it and would be happy to come back if necessary

Breathtaking views!! We stayed here for a week as a family of 4 and it was absolutely fantastic! Michele was super friendly and helpful, He answered all our questions and provided us with information we needed pretty much straight away throughout the whole week. There were brochures waiting for us with recommendations of restruants and travelling around which were super helpful. On top of that the views you get to experience are incredible absolutely stunning villa in the perfect location for peace and relaxation. Thankyou for having us we will be back!

I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. Place is situated in an incredible location with view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Inside is spacious and was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

Amazing stay! View was incredible. We stayed 3 nights and besides walks to the local supermarket and nearby towns of Varenna and Bellano, we spent the whole time in the apartment. The multiple balconies are perfect for catching the sun at different times of day. Highly recommend the local Alimentari Perledo supermarket. Great selection of food/drink. 15 min walk away and you avoid the higher prices in Varenna and steeper uphill walk back to the apartment. Kitchen was perfect for cooking all our meals. Everything we needed was provided. And very clean. Bed and sofa were very comfortable. The provider was very quick at replying and allowed us earlier check in on the day which was very much appreciated. The walking trail to the further town of Bellano is very well maintained and the views are spectacular. Just turn right (north) on exit of the apartment and follow the orange trail signs to Bellano. Took us 2 hours to get there and back. Fully recommend this apartment. So glad we visited ?

We were blown away by Laura’s place. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The view of the lake and mountains is just stunning. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

The apartment was lovely. Clean perfect for 2 or 3 - very comfortable living space and patio with amazing view! All the amenities we needed. Very clean. The walk to town was not hard at all but we walk a lot. You do need sneakers for the path. Coming up is harder and you just can’t rush. Cabs require advance notice but the view and quietness is so worth it because no one on the water has this view. Very grateful for Dahlia - she was incredibly responsive and took care of everything we needed. Varenna is special and Perledo gives you a special perspective. We did not have a car nor feel you need one unless you can’t walk well or want to go beyond the Lake Como towns. Would stay again!
