Melanie was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful right from the very beginnig. She welcomed us as soon as we got there and we felt right at home. The whole home is absolutely stunning, just like the pictures and we had everything we needed there. Me and my partner stayed in the barn and our friends stayed in the cottage right next door, nice that we wasnt too far away from our friends but we also had our own privacy aswell. Though we had rainy weather whilst we were there, we didnt let it stop us from using the pool and hot tub. It was a great way to unwind and relax after the driving around and busy days out. Melanie would check up on us during our stay which we thought was very kind of her, she also left us cute little cornish treats which were super yummy. We wish we had booked longer and are looking forward to coming back again hopefully with a lot of sunshine! Thank you again Melanie, we loved our holiday x

stayed for 4nights with our dog as well. the caravan was great, but it was the location that made it for us. the beach was outstanding. Molly our dog just loved charging around the huge dog friendly area. It was nice to come back to and sit outside with a glass of wine despite a bit of dodgy wheather. The caravan was spacious and very well equipt, alltogether a very nice break.

What a gem! We'll be returning! Lovely sea views and coastal walks. a good range of restaurants. Sea views and peace and quiet. The cottage was cosy and well decorated. We had a fabulous time. A wonderful three nights with Cornish Stays St Austell accommodation! The property exceeded our expectation; very well maintained, cosy, quiet, unexpected extras like the welcome hamper, board games and sustainable kitchen and toilet rolls. However, the uninterupted view of the Celtic sea from the front windows were the icing on the cake - clear night sky of moon and stars followed by golden sunrise. The location was great for walks along the coast and to get on the road for near by excursions to The Eden Project and The lost Gardens of Heligan. Charlotte was very helpful frontloading information and responsive when called upon during the stay. Fab stay, I'll definitely recommend to family and friends and plan to return!

Oh this place has my heart. Third time now staying here and I instantly melt as soon as I arrive. It’s pretty, homely, cosy and surrounded by the best nature. It’s all on your doorstep and I love the little ferry across to Fowey to pick up supplies. Only regret is that I can’t stay forever!

Amazing stay comfortable clean and outstanding views. We arrived during a storm but Rebecca and James kept updating us and checking in to see if we were okay. Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

Great find and we'll located to explore surrounding area. Lodge is furnished to an exceptional standard, felt like home away from home. Welcome basket was well received and lovely touch.

We had a family get together at this house, complete with full roast cooked onsite for 5, certainly well equiped establishment. Clean, tidy, excellent location. You get what you pay for springs to mind, i.e. yes its expensive but its a top class location etc. I would recommend

Hannah's place is beautiful - clean and clutter-free, whilst still feeling like a home. They have thought of absolutely everything! The kitchen is so well-equipped, there is a huge selection of games, a washer/dryer and clothes airer are provided... Everything you could want and more! The property itself is spacious and the garden is stunning - and the private parking space is a real win! The village of Boscastle is picture-perfect, with some lovely cafés and shops. It's the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall. Thank you for hosting us - we had an amazing stay!

Amazing location and amazing views. Place was just perfect for us especially as the beach was so close for us to take the dogs for walks. Clean and spacious, with a parking space directly outside the door. Overall, it is definitely a place I would stay in again.

The cabin was everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The host was very thoughtful and ensured we had everything we needed for a seamless experience. Thank you-we hope to return soon!
