This is a beautiful airbnb. The home is incredible, amazing views and very comfortable. We loved everything about this airbnb.

The finca is quiet and offers everything you need for your stay. It looks exactly like the pictures and has enough space for eight people. We were able to check in on our own and were allowed to stay a little longer on the last day, which really relaxed the departure.

We had a fantastic stay (3 families with little children between 2 and 5 yrs old). The house is big, well equipped (we really appreciated the toys for the beach) and the fence for the pool (that we didn’t use due to the weather). Port of pollenca is very nice : plenty of restaurants, lots of playgrounds on the beach, beautiful beaches nearby (formentor) ! Thanks Tony for your help as well when we arrived quite late to find the crib. Best Alberto

We felt very comfortable in the spacious villa directly! The view from the large terrace is just beautiful!!! There are also 6 loungers that were not visible in the photos. You can go swimming directly in front of the house, as there are stairs on the rocky beach. We would come back!

My family and I had a wonderful time for the seven nights that we stayed there for. We would definitely return again as the house was immaculately clean. The land was big enough to play football on and the pool was magnificent with that. Said we love cooking and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook up a feast for a family of six.

The stay was very pleasant and wonderful due to the nature reserve. You always had a nice view of nature. The large garden is great for sunbathing. Overall, a great place to stay 😇👍🏻

Wonderful fortnight at Sophie’s villa. The best pool we’ve had, and the village was spacious and airy. Air con in the bedrooms although we didn’t actually need it that much. Kitchen top spec (although be aware no microwave in case you’re travelling with young kids) and amazing veggies/fruit growing in the garden to use. No need to take beach towels or make a dash to the supermarket when you get there - well stocked & on a ‘use and replace’ basis which helped a lot. Amazing host, so responsive and helpful. Delighted with the experience & would recommend +++

Amara is a trusted host, very friendly and very involved. She is always available and gave us some very helpful infirmations when we arrived. The accommodation is very large, clean and offers very nice services, starting with the outdoor space which has a large swimming pool and many places to settle in. The accommodation offers very beautiful spaces with multiple terraces, living rooms and a typical and sought-after decoration which makes it all its charm. The Finca is ideally located, 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Palma and close to shops. We had a totally exotic stay with my friends in a beautiful setting. I fully recommend where you will find everything you need.

The house is spacious with loads of seating options, both inside and outside. The location is very private and quiet. We loved watching the many boats sail in and out of port during the day. The view over the ocean cannot be beaten. Lola was very quick to respond to our messages and was there in person to welcome us at the house. The house is well equipped and has everything that you would need for a relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend for a bigger family or group of friends.

The house and location are just perfect! The views are incredible and the home was just what we needed for our family! We did have a few issues with the air conditioner, front gate, WiFi and a toilet not working, which took quite a bit of back and forth with the host before we ended up turning to google and YouTube how to fix some of the problems ourselves. Other than these things, the house is amazing, very convenient to get around with a rental car to various beaches and to/from Palma.

We were welcomed on our arrival and were treated to some complimentary local delicacies. The villa was well equipped for a large group, both inside and outside, lots of seating for meals and relaxation. The swimming pool was a big hit. Our three grandchildren aged 2, 4 and 7 loved the play areas and the adults enjoyed the table tennis and games in the basement. It had a very secure garden. Although we could see and hear the airplanes we were never disturbed by them by day or night. All in all we had a great holiday and we would recommend the villa and its grounds to other families.

Top top top! The pictures show 100% of the finca. What pictures don't show, the peace and privacy you have there. Everything was very clean and the property was very well maintained! There is everything you need. The communication with Miquel was very good, fast and proactive. We can highly recommend the finca and would book again with Miquel at any time! Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. All you can hear is goat bells and birds. The place is very remote which we loved. Villa is well thought out eg bedrooms away from pool. Pool was fab - love the water jet and bubbles too. We paid for it to be heated (30 degrees). Incredible sunset every night we were there. Large property and outside grounds. We have a 1 and 4 year old. The set up worked well for us. Nearest supermarket is 20/25 min drive. Nearest beach is 25 mins drive. King sized bed in each room. We also used the cot which was in very good condition. Saw previous review about bees. No issues for us and not a single mosquito bite. Large covered outside area. Enjoyed using the bbq - there is a sink and fridge outside Loved the warm outside shower. There were stairs with no stair gate but our toddler was ok. There are a lot of doors which can be opened from inside (no key needed). Too heavy for 1 year old but 4 year old could open them. We will definitely return!

We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

Stayed here for a week with friends for a cycling holiday. The house is as per the advertisement and everything is in working order. Fresh towels were provided middle of the week. The mosquitoes can be an issue if there is no wind so come prepared.

Great stay! Everything you need is there and even a little bit more. Very friendly and helpful host.

Pepe‘s Finca was a great holiday home for us! It is super well maintained both inside and outside, lots of beautiful details! As Pepe looks after his animals daily we got to interact with him every now and then and he was very friendly! Communication over phone worked well and we always received speedy responses from Home Villas. The „noise“ around the place didn’t bother us at all, especially as it’s very calm at night, but if you are very sensitive to animal sounds and hearing a nearby street in the background during the day, this mightn’t be your place. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the huge variety of animals and there were no bad smells ever. The only very small downside for us was the varying water pressure, so we made sure to never shower in parallel. Overall an ideal place and starting point for a road cycling holiday.

If you are reading these reviews and trying to decide whether to stay here...STOP...Book it now, whilst you can! This is a gem of a find. Perfect sized villa for a family of 4, all within walking distance of the beautiful Old Town. It is equipped with everything you might need and the swimming pool is fabulous. We loved every miniute of our stay, despite the storms! Maximilian, the Host, was brilliant - responsive and super friendly. He couldnt do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. We have already recommended this villa to family and friends and would absolutely stay here again if we are lucky enough ti gte the chance.

We had a fantastic 7 day stay at Jaume's villa, which was perfect for us as a family of four. The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding beaches, villages and towns in the north of Mallorca. The villa is really well equipped, very clean and well looked after. The garden and pool is very private and peaceful, with fruit trees to pick from. The photos do not do the views of the surrounding mountains justice. Jaume was a great host and made sure we had a great stay. We highly recommend and hope to return very soon. Thank you Jaume!

We had a wonderful stay at Cati’s house! The property is truly charming, with a beautiful garden featuring several relaxing zones. The outdoor spaces are fantastic, including a spacious terrace with a nice table for outdoor meals, a separate barbecue area, and a great spot in the garden for playing badminton and ping pong. The house is conveniently located for those with a car. There’s a Lidl and an Eroski supermarket nearby, which made grocery shopping very convenient. The stunning village of Pollenca is just a short drive away, and we loved exploring its charming streets and local attractions. For beach lovers, there’s a beautiful natural beach only 20 minutes away by car—perfect for a day trip! The kitchen is okay equipped, with plenty of dinnerware and kitchenware. Cati is a responsive host, addressing issues promptly. She also allowed us an early check-in. However 10 am check-out time felt a bit early, and an extra hour or two would have been more convenient.
