Vacation rentals with a patio in Porto Sant'Elpidio

We had a great time at the property that is located in a quiet and comfortable area to reach the beaches and attractions of Porto Recanati. The host was very helpful and lavish in giving us tips to discover the area. So I recommend the stay and we will gladly come back to visit you:-)

My family and I stayed in Bruno's house for 12 days, and it was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever booked on Airbnb. Bruno is a very kind host, he welcomed us as soon as we arrived in Grottammare, making us find the house immediately ready. During the stay, she gave us helpful tips on where to eat and what to see. The apartment is very nice and 10 steps from the sea. On the waterfront there are many establishments and there is plenty of choice on where to take umbrellas with sun loungers but there is also a lot of free beach. The house is ideal for those with children because it is spacious and has all the necessary comforts to have a great vacation. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the bathroom has a nice shower. The kitchen and living room are spacious and the patio is perfect for hanging. In conclusion, the house and Bruno are 10.

We spent two weeks here, our first beach vacation with our 14-month-old baby. We had a great time! The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, including a comfortable baby bed. The cute garden is great for dining out or reading in the afternoon and ideal for children's play. The sea is about five/six minutes away on foot and both the equipped beach and the free beach are easily reachable by stroller. The center of the village, which is practically the waterfront, where you can find bars, rotisseries, restaurants, shops, is a stone's throw away on foot. Athos is a discreet and courteous guest, easily reachable by phone for anything you need. He was very helpful with us and communication was easy and effective.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

We had a really pleasant stay and had a great time. The studio is ideally located within walking distance of all the main amenities: the station, the sea, shops and what is very convenient, a supermarket a few meters away. Inside the studio we found everything we could want for a comfortable stay. The apartment was well furnished, equipped with all the necessary amenities and everything was impeccably clean and tidy. The listing description was completely accurate, in fact, the environment was even more welcoming than we expected from the photos. A special thank you goes to Giorgio, who turned out to be a really exquisite person. From the first meeting, he was very helpful and welcomed us with great kindness. Your flexibility with check-in time and attention to detail allowed us to settle in without any issues. We highly recommend it.

Large outdoor area (equipped) perfect for those with a dog as it is fully fenced; even the interior spaces (modernly furnished) are suitable for six people. Very useful laundry room and outdoor shower. Parking in front of the house and ample free parking nearby. Good location for getting around by car to all the beaches of the Conero Riviera. The beaches of Numana can also be reached on foot but on the way back the road is a little uphill (but there is free shuttle service). Very kind and helpful hosts, flexible check-in and check-out. Overall our stay was great.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Caterina's apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. On site there is a small supermarket and bar. In a few minutes you can reach the nice coastal towns of Sirolo and Numana by car. Not very far and very worthwhile are also excursions to Ancona or Loreto.

Beautiful experience. Giovanna is very quick to respond and very kind. The house is very nice, very well-stocked (there is practically everything to cook, including tupper!), quiet and one with a nice outdoor space (my dog was practically always there). The area is very quiet and strategic to get around (15 minutes from Loreto and the sea you can reach it in 10 minutes on foot). Highly recommended.

The apartment is very well located and very pleasant. Aside from the hustle and bustle. The size is perfect for a comfortable stay of several days. Everything is new and clean. We spent wonderful 5 days at Sirolo. The location of apartment is great with breathtaking view and plenty of good restaurants around. Francesco helped us to rent a car locally, organized lift from train station and back for half of taxi price.

We spent two really nice weeks in Edoardo's house. The house is comfortable, nothing is missing, the garden is really nice but above all the location is very convenient to the beach and the center of the town but it still remains in a quiet and very quiet location. Edoardo was a kind host, you will have no difficulty communicating with him! A perfect solution for those traveling with children and animals.

We had a wonderful ten days in this apartment. The location is strategic, a stone's throw from the beach and all amenities. The apartment is well furnished, functional and equipped with every comfort: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, coffee machine, toaster, electric broom, fast Wi-Fi, Sky TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very kind and always available and provided us with all the necessary information. Highly recommended!
