Isadora and the staff that cares and manages the apartments are very correct and friendly. We had an inconvenience with the main bedroom mattress on a Friday afternoon. The owner on Saturday morning brought a NEW one for us. When these things happen, it's where you can effectively value the host's attention. Excellent!!! The very comfortable house, accommodated my family well, I just found the room a little warm, deserved to have an air conditioner, or fan, the showers need maintenance, to improve the flow and distribution of the water, I missed a drinking fountain, for those who like to cook the pots are few, but for small meals they meet perfectly, the table I thought it also needs to tighten the structure to stay firmer, they are just details, we feel at home, they were wonderful days. Kyara, I definitely intend to return to your home.

Excellent hosting with a great location, clean and airy place with a perfect view, local is close to everything you need, Osvaldo and his mother are very attentive and have always been at your disposal, I highly recommend it.

The stay was wonderful and the accommodation is amazing. Very wide, spacious, airy and illuminated. Everything was very clean and organized. The kitchen has a good structure with many items. It was very close to restaurants and to the beach. We feel very safe. Zenair always very attentive and dear, gave us a tip of several things. I highly recommend staying there!

The home is better than the photos. Township had water and chocolates in the fridge when we arrived, liquid soap for washing hands, soap for bathing, toilet paper left, the bed clothes were clean, air conditioning working very well. We use the barbecue and the pool is delicious. The place was very good and the host responded quickly. Thank you for your great stay.

If I could I would give 10 stars, what an amazing place, it was the best airbnb I've ever picked up. I felt at home, had everything I needed, and more. The family welcomed us very well, always available, they are extremely polite and willing people. They think of everything, they had beach chairs, umbrella and cooler available, in addition to bicycles with a car seat, I walked every day on the beach, my almost 2-year-old daughter loved to walk around the city and on the beach by bike, it was a difference for us! The apartment was as per the listing, clean and smelling, trash bags, bed sheets and toilet paper were available. She welcomed us with a wonderful snack as soon as we arrived and the night with another snack, we love it from the heart! And the best part, it was the grocery store that she had at the inn, with super ok prices, I loved it. Super recommend the place, it is right in the center, close to the beach, to walk quietly, there is a restaurant nearby. we will return more often.

Starting with the value, which for what is offered is very accessible to what compares to other places of the same quality, the apartment is great and super-equipped. The location is great as it is not so far from the beach and still has a pizzeria/hamburgerie and an ice cream shop right next door. In addition, with regard to leisure, the villas manatee is amazing, the pool with a huge water depth, two jacuzzis, sauna, gym, massage location and a great redário to lie down at night and admire the visible constellations. Unrivalled Experience, if we return to Patacho, we definitely want to return to Manatee. Oh , and I almost forgot: day use free at the receptive Patacho Praia only with the condominium bracelet, too good!

What a special place!! Victoria is very kind and attentive, the house is beautiful, well cared for and cosy. We felt at home. Breakfast is a differential of this house. Very nice to wake up in the morning with a beautiful table set with fruits, eggs, tapioca…. Nica took great care of us and made delicious lunches and Rodrigo helped us with everything we need. We really were able to enjoy the holidays! In addition to the tours of the region's beaches, my boys fished on the banks of the Tatuamunha River, where we also enjoy the sunset. We're already planning on coming back!

Casa Amália is delicious, I felt at home. A house full of green and popular art, each beautiful piece... we identify too much with the house, including works by artists that we have and admire. Junior, the gardener, always very requested, cleaned the pool and outdoor area without us having to ask and gave good tips. Amália is an excellent hostess, always very concerned about our stay. , my baby fell ill and when she learned through Junior she spoke to me offering help. Amália also passed a list of things we could do in the city. The house was neatly tidy, nice and clean bed and bath linens. The house is close to the beach, which has a great bath, both at high and low tide, a delight. Ah, even though it's a street house, we feel very safe. It will definitely be a place that we will return.

We chose the Loft because from the beginning we found it very beautiful and comfortable, the hostess was completely proactive and friendly. I chose the Loft to make a surprise for my wife for our honeymoon, talked to Sanya and presented the idea and she promptly responded, organized and arranged the surprise with great affection for us and really surprised us! We liked it a lot and we highly recommend the Loft! You can go without fear, because you won't regret it. It has a very nice restaurant that is a 4 minute drive from the Loft called Cantinho Nordestino da Marta, super we also recommend for dinner

The house is wonderful! The place is even better live than on the pictures. I spent a weekend there with my wife and in-laws and it was a super cool experience. The house is clean and very cozy, in addition to having a very nice leisure area and being very close to Lages Beach. Luciano was very requested and helped us with everything. Highly recommend!

The Guaiúba house is as described, very cozy and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with all good quality, fresh linen and fresh towels. The outdoor area is very well taken care of, swimming pool and gourmet area that guarantee a delicious stay. The house is steps away from a quiet and beautiful beach. Felippe is an attentive and helpful host, for us to receive at the checkin, Edmilson and Lina, a friendly couple who makes all the difference, not to mention the possibility of getting Lina's services and being able to taste an octopus rice that, in my opinion, was one of the best I've ever had. I will come back for sure!!!

Neide was super responsive, the place was super organized, it was very easy to find and despite having arrived after the agreed time, she was already on standby waiting for us. The place is very comfortable and bigger than it looks in the photos, well ventilated, had everything we needed, in addition to being in a great location in Maragogi, very close to the waterfront, we did everything walking. The beds were well made, with duvets and towels in the number of guests we informed, furniture in great condition, very clean house. It was a great experience

They were great days. The house is great. Four wonderful suites: one on the ground floor, two on the first floor and one on the second floor where the pool and barbecue is located. We miss garage for our car, but the area is safe and we haven't had any incidents with the car on the street. The house has excellent bed and bath linens and the kitchen is well equipped.

Luiz's space is extremely cozy, we feel at home. Near the beach, we managed to walk, including visiting the natural pools. Luiz was a great host, always responded quickly and served us in everything we need. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. The experience in Maragogi was excellent and the accommodation fulfills what it promises.
