The house is excellent, and because it is in the safety of a gated condominium, it has no walls or bars. It is located at a high point of the condominium, with a balcony perfect to rest and see the sunset. Very comfortable and well aerated, without any smell of mold, even after all the rainy days leading up to our stay. Everything was working well, we didn't have any setbacks. Schmitt was always available to quickly answer our doubts, extremely kind, making us feel welcome and very at ease. We took long walks, saw geese and capybaras, enjoyed nature, and returned home with renewed energy!

All as described on the listing. New, high quality linens. Very well equipped house with new kitchen utensils. Very quiet and safe place. Great communication with the hosts. We went to a group of 11 friends and loved it.

The experience was wonderful. Comfort, safety, tranquility, fresh air, abundant vegetation, the singing of birds at dawn and dusk, equipment with great maintenance, very good internet, ample indoor and outdoor space, peace and silence to the extent necessary for a getaway from the bustle that are the cities. In addition to everything, drinking water (artesian well), quality and sanitized bedding, table and bath linen, necessary cooking utensils available and a delicious little cinema provided by the projector. We spent an amazing weekend at Márcio & Maira’s place. The place is incredible, every detail in the house embraces you like a hug and the garden left us speechless. Thank you very much for sharing your amazing place with us!

The site has an extensive native green area. The atmosphere is very private and quiet, a great place to rest. It was a great stay, we had fruits harvested straight from the foot, made guava candy and we saw fireflies. We walked on the trail. Anyway, it was a good stay.

We spent incredible days at the Sítio. The clubhouse is excellent, has kitchen table, sofas and game room, a great environment for family and fun. The property is large, good for walking and to leave the dogs at ease. There is a need for some maintenance, but overall, moments of relaxation and fun were more important. The TV of the room does not work and the TV of the house-gallon does not have internet. I suggest putting air conditioning in all rooms. In the outdoor area, there is plenty of room to sit, but the seats need maintenance. Communication was always very good, even before renting the house. Paula responds immediately.

The deck and the weir are the high points of the house! We were afraid on arrival, due to our small children, but the owner promptly came to close the water access! We had fun with the ducks, we ran on the lawn and were able to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city!

It was a great experience to rent this property for a family weekend, we were my wife, me, two 11-year-old boys and a baby 1.8 and we felt very accommodated, the environment is exactly what it shows in the listing, the house was clean and organized, we had clear instructions on how to get in, how to check in and about the stay! Fernanda has always been clear and helpful in communication, his Claudio who received us on site, is an incredible staff, he was always helpful and very welcoming, he made us very comfortable. The place is beautiful, with a very good structure for the family, really unique, a wonderful view, we will come back more often.

We love it, everything is very clean, the simply perfect house is all the same as the photos, we enjoyed it too much, a great place to take pets, we took 4 pets and there are two Tb pets, very adorable, very friendly and very very meek, they played with ours as if they knew each other for a long time. We love it and will definitely be back. If you want a place for rest and leisure you can be sure it's a great place.

All perfect! We were greeted with a basket of fruit and marshemelow. Quiet place perfect for rest and contact with nature including a family of lizards and wonderful cats, who visited us every day. Without forgetting it is clear of the fruits, guava, that we can harvest from the foot. Ah and we also received the night a visit from a bush dog, which demonstrates the care of the amphitria with the preservation of nature. We don't miss anything we'll be back for sure.
