House vacation rentals in Portarlington

Thank you for a very tranquil , clean spacious holiday house to chill in immediately, Bed linen and an abundance of towels were divine and lovely surprise as sometimes this is often over looked. The pool is large and deep with a shallow end and the perfect temperature, we had a lot of use out of this and is lit up at night which is great to view in in the evening. kitchen is well appointed for feeding many hungry mouths at once, and ice machine in the fridge is good , and we had issue with the main tv which was sorted out immediately with a new one being delivered and installed , thank you Liza,. the two zones and large bed rooms in the house work really well for 2 groups or families with kids .

Initially I was skeptical 4 couples sharing 2 showers….. worked like a dream.Value for $$$ was excellent and the pool made a huge difference with the big deck.I don’t write reviews but this time I had to!!!!!!

We loved staying here, specifically the kids loved the pool - it rained during our stay but the heating in the pool didn’t stop anyone. We were given great recommendations for local spots to eat and enjoy. The home was lovely, spacious enough to not feel like we were on top of each other but cosy enough to enjoy everyone’s company. The home was beautiful and clean. We would absolutely go back. Thanks Ali!

In addition to it being a stunning property inside and the surrounding grounds of the property, every aspect of the house was well thought out including the cleanliness- kudos to the cleaners. Good facilities, kitchen was well stocked with essentials, perfect layout for our group with plenty of space to spread out and also gather. Can’t fault the place! Our host Tamara was amazing in helping us prepare for our stay and making it a memorable one. We only wished we had stayed longer! We will absolutely be staying here again.

A fantastic property for a family holiday with an outstanding outdoor living area and gorgeous, Bali-esque backyard pool. The location is private with good parking. Located just one [very walkable] block from a pretty, safe beach it's an ideal spot for a beach holiday with young kids.. The outdoor living area is as big as the house itself and works incredibly well. The 'al fresco blinds' allow light in but protect against any cold winds. The large outdoor table is perfect for family meals or entertaining and the wood fire is an inspired touch, heating the space and throws a gentle light. And the huge outdoor TV set and couches was a real hit with the kids. The house is a little smaller than the description, particularly the bedrooms, which are really single not double rooms, despite the double beds. And there's only one bathroom, not two, but there is a second toilet and an outdoor shower. The property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful. In summary, a great spot!

We had an amazing stay at Melissa’s place! She was incredibly prompt and so helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, from essentials to extras that made it feel like home. The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely fantastic and added so much to our holiday experience. We made some wonderful memories relaxing by the pool and enjoying the warm jacuzzi in the evenings. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring we got a great night’s sleep after long days of fun and relaxation. The location was perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the shops, which made it super convenient to grab anything we needed. We’re so grateful for the wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Melissa’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We loved our stay at Kelli's. Kelli met us as we arrived to show us how to get the most out of the pool & her holiday house. The pool was lovely & used nearly every day, as was the balcony & BBQ, great for enjoying summer breakfast & dinners outside. The beds were super comfortable as was the lounge. The place is in a peaceful and quiet street, except on the first night where there were noisy neighbours right next door after midnight, after that, it was all fine. We love the pool, especially the kids. The place was clean with all the amenities and utensials you would need. There is table tennis, air hockey and table soccer games in the garage. There is a spacious BBQ area, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it as we were eating out a lot with many restarants close by within a 20 minutes radious. The hot water seems to never run out with 11 of us showering one after another. The beach is some 5 minutes drive away. The tiles floor meant that it was quiet moving around at night. Some windows, window blinds and shower tap can be a bit hard to operate, but not a big deal. The washing machine and dryer were extremely useful. Overall, a very memorable stay for our families. The place is recommended. Don't forget to bring your own dooner covers and bed sheets.

This house far surpassed our expectations and was perfect for our family. There was heaps of room for us all and plenty of spaces you could seperate and retreat to if you wanted some space. The house was so generously stocked too which was such a nice surprise. Beds, couches everything were super comfy and inviting, appliances were all modern and easy to use. Overall we were all so impressed with the house and Maureen and have absolutely nothing negative to say. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend to large family’s.

Had a lovely family vacation, even extended our trip. Home had everything you need, plus more, and Kids loved it even more, they had soo much fun. Michelle was quick to respond and very helpful. Great location. Will be back, thank you.

We had a great stay over New Years and loved the view. Mark was quick to respond to any messages and helpful when we had questions. The kitchen was well stocked and was great having lots of games, toys and a table for children. Thanks for a great New Years getaway!

What a fantastic house and location! The children absolutely loved the backyard, especially the hammock, and enjoyed taking long baths in the beautiful bathroom. The lounge area was incredibly comfortable, and the bedrooms were super clean and cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities you could need, making it a joy to cook. The location was perfect, with so many great beaches just a short drive away. Highly recommend for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.

We loved staying here. It was exactly what we expected and what we needed. It's a cozy, serene cottage and made us feel like we were relaxed as soon as we walked in. We wanted a quiet space that was comfortable and beach cottage feeling. Everything was seamless and exactly as Cathy said. I truly hope we get to stay here again soon!

We had a very relaxing stay at Kostas' place. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. He was flexible with the check in process . We would definitely stay here again. Great location.

Fabulous house for a large group of friends. House was clean, well presented and had everything you need for a fun and relaxing week away. Highly recommend this stay and the host is super helpful.

Had a great few nights here. Excellent location, comfy beds, very clean. Enjoyed our stay a lot. Would not recommend if you were heat sensitive though as aircon not very powerful and no fly screens on any of the windows or doors.

This place actually looks even better than the photos! Spotlessly clean and exactly as described. All amenities at your disposal, fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Super dog friendly and a lovely touch having dog treats on arrival. The hosts are incredibly easy to deal with and very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend to others.

we spent a long weekend at Robin's place. it was great for our family. The place is spacious and clean. Robin provided local recommendations which was great. There is a playground next to the house which was great with the kids. It was easy to communicate with Robin. Thanks again Robin.

This airbnb felt cosy and luxurious beyond words. For my little family (baby & 3 & 4 year old) it was perfect. There was a highchair, portacot, toys & books. We loved relaxing outside and having dinner on the patio. Inga was super kind, helpful and thoughtful in all her preparation. Very grateful to be able to have stayed here, would highly recommend.

Our family of 5 and our Labrador had a fabulous extended weekend at Moonah House. The property is extremely clean, really well equipped and had plenty of space for us. Communication from Ben was spot-on and extremely prompt. Its location is quiet and the property is secure and private. We’ll certainly look to return in the future.

What an amazing house & so perfect for a getaway we didn’t want to leave. Had everything & bonus was the ice machine & slow cooker. Living space spacious and lots of fun things. Downstairs room was spacious and was perfect for our 4 teens Dogs loved it, very secure View just lovely and outdoor space so peaceful Beds comfy, lots of linen. Highly recommended, Rod was fabulous & we will stay again. Total 8 of us, 2 families. Thank you Rod

Clean, comfortable and very relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit and its peaceful surroundings. The gym, pool + table tennis table and darts were a highlight with the children and kept them entertained for hours. Will definitely book again. Highlight for us was the backyard - especially in the morning - birds chirping, butterflies and dragonflies everywhere it was so calming and beautiful. Exactly what we needed. Full of amenities and well maintained. Attention to detail - well worth the visit. The host Lucy was lovely and responds to any issues promptly. 10/10 for us. Loved every minute.

Cassie's place is so welcoming . It was exactly as described on the listing. We loved the open plan design, the lovely deck and grassed area at the front for kids to play. The kitchen was well equipped with the essentials, which was a nice change and the lovely bottle of wine and gingerbread figures for the kids was a lovely welcoming touch! Overall, we loved our stay! So relaxing in a beautiful space and close to the beach and Sorrento town centre. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Cassie for a lovely stay.
