Apartment vacation rentals in Port Stephens Council

We always stay at Little Beach for the convenience of walking to Shoal Bay or into Nelson Bay and of course the beaches. The apartment was very spacious, clean and with everything we needed. The pool was also clean with enough seating area and coverage from the sun. I would recommend staying at Marty’s to my friends.

We had a great stay for a weekend in Nelson Bay. Apartment was great and perfect for our stay. The couch was phenomenal - so comfortable! Easy to walk into town and to the beach for a swim. Great location

A beautiful space in a beautiful location! The host was always happy to help with anything and the space certainly encouraged an enjoyable, relaxing trip!

Barb was extremely responsive and generous. Offered an early check-in and late check out without prompting, just through her own generosity. Property was very easy to access. Small amount of sand on the floor of the lounge/kitchen, but this is pretty reasonable considering the location. Would definitely stay again.

Staying at Nick’s Nelson Bay Room was a great way to spend the weekend away with my partner. Walking distance to the Marina and a quick drive to almost every popular beach in town. Nick, with the assistance of Carly, made check in very smooth and were flexible with our check in and out times. I would recommend staying at this Airbnb to anyone. Lovely unit, close to everything. Easy to find and beautifully appointed.

Michelle’s place was in a fabulous location, a very quick walk to the beach and playground. The apartment pool and tennis court were fabulous and we loved the collection of DVDs, books and kids games and books. Apartment was very well set up.

James was friendly and available for questions, yet he also stayed out of our way so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The place was beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean. You can't really walk anywhere, but it was a short drive from places of interest. The kangaroos in the surrounding bushland were beautiful and the place is generally peaceful. Thank you James for a great stay!

Gavin was very helpful and friendly, responded quickly and gave us great recommendations. The place was a great spot, very convenient and lovely to stay at! Overall a great experience.

Amazing stay at Jemma and Brett’s in Shoal bay. 8 mins walk to the beach, perfect for kids, calm water. Must eat at Atmos- food is incredible. And tomaree walk is stunning as is the walk to wreck beach. Their place is perfect. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the interior- lovely touches, really clean. We had an issue with the washing machine when we were there and Jemma communicated promptly and Brett came to take a look which was hugely appreciated. Wonderful stay, would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you both

Apartment was very comfortable and fresh looking. Had everything we needed for our weekend away. Extra nice to have a coffee machine. We really enjoyed our weekend here.

Really comfy beds, fantastic location near to the beach and marina

Deborah’s place is perfectly located, just a stone throw away from the Main Street of shoal bay as well as a very walkable distance to the beautiful beaches. It has allowed us to go for an early morning walk to see the sunrise from zenith beach and then up the tomaree summit which was very special☺️ Bathroom was especially nice and spacious and spotless! Deborah also let us know about a local food and wine festival that was on during our stay which was one of many highlights of our stay. Thank you so much Deborah & David!

Large apartment in a great location, with restaurants and shops all walkable. The two bathrooms and large balconies gave us lots of room. I'm sure we'll be back again soon.

Such an amazing place! I would highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway! Nicole was such a great host, very responsive and added some extra special touches for us! The apartment is stunning and beautifully located! The rooftop private spa and deck was also a highlight! I’d come back in a heartbeat!

A great place in the middle of Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. Super easy to get around from here and a nice stay.

We had a lovely 6 days at Melissa’s place. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and beautifully styled. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a European style laundry. Lovely crisp linen, comfortable bed, effective blinds and a quiet location meant a sound sleep. Loved the pool and spa in the complex. Also the walking distance to the restaurants and cafes of Nelson Bay. Melissa gave clear instructions and useful reminders. All in all a great place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The views of Fingal Bay were absolutely spectacular, and the short walk to the beach made it even better. We loved having the little grocery store and cafés just downstairs—so convenient. The underground parking and elevator access straight to the second-floor apartment were a huge plus. The large covered balcony was perfect for relaxing, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated how peaceful the area was while still being close to amenities. The only minor issue was sometimes the buses will idle at the bus stop near the apartment and if you have your doors open it can be a bit loud. But it’s only a couple of times per day we noticed it. Definitely recommend the apartment.
