Townhome vacation rentals in Port Phillip

It was convenient location. Rooms had comfortable beds. Location of bathroom was a bit awkward but we made do. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Floors and stairs def could use a deep clean. We’d stay here again as hosts were very chill. We stayed 9 nights.

We loved staying at Marissa’s place. She was a wonderful host and the house was in the most perfect location. We had plenty of space to sleep and socialize, which is exactly what was needed with our group of 9. Thank you, we would love to visit again.

We had a great stay at Hannah’s. I went there with some close friends for a weekend get away and the house was in the perfect location for what we needed. We were heading to the Torquay Hotel for the night to see a band and it’s literally a 2 minute walk away. Less than 5 minutes away is the front beach and great cafes etc

Janice is a wonderful host, the accommodation was absolutely perfect. It’s in a great location, and it was wonderful being able to walk across the road to the beach. Would definitely recommend it.

The stay here was brilliant! Very close to so many different things to do, hot springs, golf courses, beaches as well as shops if you need to pick anything up. The place is quiet, peaceful and private which makes for a beautifully relaxing stay!

A great Airbnb will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. Gary’s communication was excellent and check in was such a breeze. The house was tidy and well equipped. We stayed during hot weather and the aircon was great too!

Margaret’s place felt just like home! The house was clean and spotless, and exactly as described. The area is a 20 minutes drive from Melbourne CBD which is really convenient! The townhouse is a new development that is near enough to the city, but yet peaceful and quiet! Truly recommend the unit for those visiting!

Donnie's townhouse was exceptionally clean and very spacious for our family of four. Three bedrooms with queen beds, air conditioning and tv's were great. Communication was great and always prompt. Townhouse was private and only a very short drive to supermarkets and food outlets. We would certainly stay again if the opportunity presented

Great place and all the shops, restaurants and shopping centres are very close. Place is very clean and neat and tidy. Really enjoyed having an ensuite in each room. Highly recommended.

Quoc’s place had everything we needed and plenty of space for 11 people to stay comfortably. The home was well-maintained and clean, making it ideal for a pleasant stay. The hammock was a really nice touch, and the snacks were much appreciated. The area felt safe and was conveniently located not too far from Melbourne CBD with a decent amount of public transport nearby, making it easy to get around. This is definitely a great spot for anyone visiting Melbourne with a large group.

This was our 3rd stay at Now & Then and it was amazing as always! Excellent location yet private and quiet! Comfy beds and beautiful linens! Had everything we needed! Perfect set up for 2 couples! Now & Then will be our go-to whenever we head to Barwon Heads!!!!

Thanks for a great stay! The place suited what we needed. Host was quick to communicate and solved any issues we had. Bathroom and kitchen could do with a bit of a deep clean but other than that we were happy here.

Lovely place , easy to find location , short walk to south Melbourne markets , which are worth a visit if you don’t mind the crowds , great little coffee shop / cafe on the corner ( very close ) . Madeline was very kind with special request . All over great stay at Madeline’s place , would definitely stay again .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Waterfront apartment. It is situated in a beautiful location with the water right across the road.

This was my second time staying in this wonderful little house, and it was just as great! So comfortable, cozy and relaxing! walkable to the koala park, and close to shops and other lovely walks. Ash was responsive and helpful, and the house had ever amenity you could need. I hope to stay here again!

This lovely new home has quality appliances and everything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is well appointed so great for preparing your own meals. The beds are super comfy and with both rooms having their own bathrooms it’s perfect for sharing with family or friends. Laura is a attentive host, reacting quickly to questions and requests. Having Yarraville train station 10 mins walk was great for trips to the city so the car stayed parked at the unit for the duration of our stay. Thank you I’m sure we’ll be back in footy season.

Caylene's place was gorgeous and in pristine condition. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy and the information provided beforehand and in the booklet with activities and restaurant suggestions was super helpful! This is a great place for both warm and cosier getaways - we would love to come back during Winter. It is only a few minutes drive from the main strip so very convenient location, and of course super close to the beach. Massage chair was a huge bonus!

What a Place!!!! What Host!!! Absolutely incredible stay! The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Suvechha was an amazing host—warm, welcoming, and always responsive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. The house itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Every little touch made it feel like a home away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
