Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Port Melbourne Beach

We had a great time at Kevin’s place. The house was really huge and suitable for our 2 families with kids. A safe neighborhood and walking distance to all the above listed. And a quick drive to 24h Kmart and Cole’s for last min shopping. Kevin has been very responsive and helpful. Will definitely come back again.

We had an amazing stay here for Good Things Festival, with a group of 10, it was perfect! The pool/spa was perfect on a nice warm day, the location was super convenient and close to Flemington, there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, great table for the amount of people including a large kitchen and oven/cook top! Sheryl & Hany were super responsive for anything we needed especially when it come to heating the pool on a slightly cooler day and turning the jets on. Will definitely be booking this space again. Thanks so much again!

Very quick to deal with an early issue we had, which was very pleasing. The house was very easy for us all (6) to live comfortably for 7days. The only negative (which would only apply to families with small children) was access to the pool was difficult.

We had a great stay at Anthony‘s place that offered us a central base for our 5-night trip to Melbourne over Christmas. With two dogs the location was ideal, with a little back courtyard and around the corner from the Gasworks. A perfect place for a city escape. We‘d stay again!

My family had an amazing time staying at Mark and Dee's home. It is the most beautiful home we've ever stayed at, and it has everything that we needed and so much more. The home was incredibly spacious and everything was at the highest standard and beautifully clean. The pool and gardens were also beautiful. We were within walking distance to Kew Junction which has great shops, restaurants and very convenient trams. But still the home was in such a private and peaceful location. Mark and Dee were fantastic hosts; so friendly and generous and made sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying at their home.

Clean and exactly as advertised in the photos. I enjoyed the complimentary tea & coffee. Driveway only fits one car and street gets full so keep that in mind if you're a multi-car family. Great location near the shops and the station. Would stay again 👍

Great location for the purpose of our stay, to visit family. A very large inside lounge space and right next to the park which was wonderful for my active grandson, and also handy to walk the dog as the house is pet friendly. Close to The Pines for basic shopping and a short drive to Doncaster Westfield . Nice quiet neighbourhood

Host was so friendly and helpful, really went out of her way to accommodate us and was so easy to deal with her. Absolutely stunning home too

Great host, beautiful home and cooling off in the pool was a life saver during the 30 degree hot days. There were loads of fun activities within a 1 hour drive. The area was very peaceful. Thank you Gaurav.

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.

Wonderful place to stay and relax with family or friends. The pool is divine and the pool table, bar, tv area is amazing.

Very big and nice house, furniture wasn’t up to the mark, dining chairs were too cheap and one broken while seated and couple more about to break, tea tables were very light and cheap doesn’t go with the beautiful house, stand fans was provided but one couldn’t stand nearly broken, there were lots of broken glasses on the clothing line, one of our kid cut his feet and doctors assistant was required, noticed Lily and she acknowledged and willing to help every was possible, that was very nice of her. Overall we enjoyed staying there and wish to stay again when possible. Thanks you Lily🙏🙏
