David’s home was great, it was just as it appeared in the photos. David was very kind, responsive and extremely helpful. I would definitely book again.

this was our favorite Airbnb for a long weekend getaway not too far from home that we have found. hosts are exceptional and the space is so well cared for. the hot tub was fantastic and large fenced in yard was great for our dog. would be a great place for families too. we hope to return soon!

What a beautiful place for us to rest while in town. It was so relaxing and the home is very private with good window coverings. The host was extremely professional and courteous to our needs. We will definitely be booking again next time we need to visit Michigan!

Louise is a great host! Very friendly and great communication. We had a minor issue with the fireplace and Louise called me to troubleshoot and then sent someone the next morning and had the issue fixed. The place is gorgeous, lots of "areas" to hang out and enjoy. Beds were SUPER comfy and the linens were crisp and clean. The place was super clean!! 15 minute walk to the lake which was nice. I would highly recommend staying here, especially with a group!

The home is as advertised and the kitchen, basement and hot tub were our favorite areas. The neighborhood was not ideal for our needs and the home itself is older and therefore needs additional attention (for example: heating wasn’t consistent and floors felt wavy).

We had a wonderful time on our stay! The accomodations were even more beautiful than the photos! We spent so much time in the hot tub! Sarita was so accommodating and helpful! 5⭐ doesn't do this wonderful place justice! We will definitely be back!

The place is stunning, lots of privacy, place is fully fenced for your privacy, jacuzzi was something to have, during cold winter especially. We’ve rented Glenda’s place a handful of times for a baseball team sleepover and birthday party’s. There’s so much to do, the place is clean, the location is great with a large yard and space to be together. Glenda updates the home and works with your needs.

This home was perfect for our family for a long weekend and the hosts were very helpful and responsive when needed. Made special arrangements for us to have an additional pack n play when we arrived for babies :)

This house was lovingly cared for and the decorations were so interesting. The pictures are accurate! We absolutely fell in love with this neighborhood! If we were moving to the Detroit area this neighborhood would be # 1 choice! I cannot remember when I have seen so many walkers, joggers and friendly neighbors who all had a hello or other kind words for us. Restaurants, grocery stores and a CVS all 1/2 mi from the house. Rent this house, you will not regret it!

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

The house is roomy, clean, and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The backyard is lovely for sitting and observing the birds, squirrels, deer. We had lots of local activities so didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as usual. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you
