Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Port Canaveral

We really enjoyed staying at the Tahitian Cottage! We were in town for two nights to visit the Kennedy Space Center, but we wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was very clean, well stocked and comfortable for our family of three. The location was perfect and close to restaurants and the grocery store. We would love to visit again!

Sherman and Marlene’s place is exactly as described. An oasis of peace and beauty. The Atlantic Ocean and beach is literally off the deck in the back. Great restaurants are all nearby as well as a Publix across the street. Marlene walked us through the place with many helpful hints for our stay. The place is spotless with all the amenities you could desire. Much care was put into this location. The best part is Marlene and Sherman are wonderful people who will make you feel welcome and are always available if you need anything. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. 5 star all the way.

We had to find a place quickly as we were traveling when the storm was about to hit north florida. I located Marlene's place and dove right in. It has been awhile since I've been to the Cape and although it was storming the entire stay we were able to view some neat changes along the way driving in. Marlene was very responsive to a question I had upon checking in. The kids were so glad to be out of the vehicle. The place was wonderful, clean and comfortable. It stormed our entire stay so we were only able to enjoy her space inside and nothing outside our around the area. We would definitely book again!

My wife and I spent a second vacation at Patty's place in 4 years. It is a beautiful apartment for 2 in the heart of Melbourn, a short drive to many local beaches (Sebastian Inlet Park is the must-see place) and close to the Kennedy Space Center and Orlando attractions. Patty made the stay super comfortable with convenient check-in and check-out, fast Internet, and two conditioners in the unit. And the balcony overlooking the backyard is a great place to start the day with morning coffee!

This was a convenient base to do a birding trip on the Space Coast. I would take Kelseys Pizza off the list and add Flavor of India for the restaurant list.

Super easy and convenient for a recent short stay in Melbourne. Tim communicated quickly and made check in and check out simple, and even allowed us to stay a couple of hours past departure time when our flight got delayed. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Awesome place close to the beach, restaurants and bars! Would highly recommend staying at John’s house!! If our group is ever back in Cocoa Beach we would definitely rent again.

The listing was perfect for our family trip and needs. It was everything we expected and more, Pedro and team were very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend or inquire staying in the future.

Very nice little place and very equipped. Wish we had been able to use kayaks but weather was too cool. We would be sure to keep this on our list for cocoa beach! One thing to note that i may have missed in description is that it is an upstairs unit so you must be able to walk up stairs as that is only access, which was not an issue for us

Annabel’s place was great! Much more room than we even thought it would have, great amenities, was very clean and so easy to get around to everything we needed.

This home was so amazing for our family! the games room is amazing, the pool clean, lots of games to play on the house as well. everything is in good repair. House had lots of extras! easy check in and a great host! what a perfect vacation home!

This was such a perfect place for us! One block from the beach where we got to see 3 launches. We loved the fact that it was adorable and quaint and so cutely decorated! Jessica was the perfect host and extremely responsive when we had questions. Loved having the stackable washer/dryer at our fingertips and was able to cook our foods too! Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

We enjoyed our stay at Jean’s place. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay at the beach - away from the cold mid-west winter weather. Clean & cozy. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the Cocoa Beach area. Bonus-we got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral during our stay. Thank you Jean for being a terrific host!

Easy check in/ out and very comfortable stay

Fabulous location - great views from the balcony of the beach and from the walkway of space launches.

We really loved our stay here. The location, within walking distance to the beach, was amazing. The communication with the host was helpful and quick. The host provided everything that we needed to cook our own meals as well as beach supplies. The couch bed is pretty uncomfortable, but the main bed is great! It smells a bit damp, but we are from a dry state, so maybe that is normal for this area during this season. Overall, we felt that it was clean. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay! This was significantly better than a hotel for a beach vacation. I loved that it was a corner unit, it was easy to access & find. We loved the space. It is simply decorated & while there was only two of us, would have been perfect for a family stay. The washer and dryer were so awesome to have (I probably could have packed less for this reason lol). We rented bikes from A1A Outdoors & they were awesome to have! We had rented a car but actually ended up biking everywhere, including the port (though it was a 7mi haul). We have already discussed returning for vacation next year. Huge thanks to Kay for being helpful and responsive!
