Corinne and François' duplex is exceptional. Everything is perfect for a great relaxing time as it is very comfortable. Since the duplex is located on the very top floor, there is no noise despite being located in the heart of Granville. The terrace offers a perfect view of the city, it feels unspoiled. The bed is very comfortable. The amenities are full, we just have to put your bags down and enjoy! Granville is really a favorite for us.

Clear and welcoming cottage, functional and comfortable. Very quiet at the end of September, certainly livelier in July and August. Nice walk from the rental to the Carteret lighthouse where we admired the exhibition of superb photos on the lighthouses of France and elsewhere. The week of September 21-28 was very windy and rainy and we were unfortunately not able to enjoy the terrace and garden. Essential vehicle for shopping, but the distance is short. I really enjoyed Paule's watercolors.

A really good find!!! Pristine and well equipped. I booked it for a client who was staying over from the UK and he said it was by far better than staying in a hotel. Bruce was an amazing host, very informative and extremely responsive.

We had a great week! The apartment is clean, spacious and very well-equipped. The environment is quiet, secure and conveniently located with all kinds of shops nearby. All listing details are clear and explicit. Excellent communication with the host, we encountered a slight problem (nothing bothersome) but Julien was extremely responsive, with a little extra touch. We had a lovely stay at Sébastien and Isabelle's. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and very charming, perfectly matching the photos and descriptions, quiet and well soundproofed, easy access and close to the city center. In fact, Granville can easily be discovered on foot. Thoughtful and attentive hosts, flexible on schedules, especially for checkout on Sunday at the end of the morning. A great choice with a good value for the money. We would unreservedly recommend the accommodation of Sébastien Et Isabelle.

Thank you so much for your welcome. The accommodation is well located, easy parking close by. Has the minimum daily requirements. Maybe there's a lack of insulation between apartments. Street so if the window is open, you can hear traffic. But I quickly abstained because the beach is just around the corner and the purpose of my stay was not to stay at the apartment. I will come back without hesitation.

We're thrilled to have spent this lovely time in this refined setting. Small intentions that do a lot. The cleanliness of the place, the decoration, the atmosphere... Nothing to say apart from that everything is perfect! The pluses, the city center is within walking distance, restaurants, and shops are just a 10-minute walk away, and no worries about parking the car on arrival. It is also very easy to communicate with the host as they are available and attentive. Thank you for hosting us.

Perfect! The apartment is very cute, it has everything you need, very cozy and the hot tub is really a plus! We had a great time in Avignon. The village center is cute, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance directly. We were driving and could easily get around the area. I recommend ++

Beautiful enchanted parenthesis in this so pleasant cocoon! Hot tub at the top, very comfortable bedding, splendid shower, massage table to perfect this relaxing moment. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the patio on the ground floor because it was too cold but it must be very pleasant on sunny days. The accommodation seemed bigger in real life than in the photos. Everything was fine. Thank you also for the little touches and breakfast.
