We absolutely love this place, this was our second time here , 😍 didn't leave the whole weekend! Great fishing in the back and pool in the front, home was equipped with everything we needed all we had to buy was food and drinks, Sylvia was a great and proactive host. We plan on making this our family get away every year!

The 8 of us enjoyed our stay at Mary's Port Aransas condo. Although the space itself is a little dated, the pool was great, the outdoor grilling area conveniently close, and the beach a 6-8 min walk away via paved pathway and boardwalk. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils we needed for the weekend, and Mary was responsive to any questions we had throughout the process. Perfect place to sleep while you're enjoying Port A!

This was our fourth year staying at James’s place, and it was wonderful as always!! Beautiful house, excellent location, plenty of amenities, and very comfortable for a large group with children! I would highly recommend this Airbnb, and know that we all look forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Fulton Villa. The house is beautifully furnished and the view of the water was lovely. The kitchen was huge and well stocked with spices and oils for cooking. Our favorite spot was the upstairs balcony - we saw a shooting star our first night and some dolphins on our last morning. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed staying here with my big family! Very clean home and comfy beds!! My littles enjoyed the pool right outside our door! The home is very welcoming! And close to everything. I definitely would stay here again! Despite having a couple bumps in the stay. The host is very responsive and did their best to meet all our needs that were in their control! We did have one night without AC due to humidity, I wouldn’t have minded more amenities such as a broom or mop, extra paper towels, toilet paper or trash bags. I have a large family and we go through items like that fast and I like to keep up with the home the days we are there. At times you can hear the neighbors through the walls upstairs. Nothing too bad for me to not want to try a stay here again! Ty for everything!

This was our 2nd time staying here for our annual girls' beach trip and we're just as happy this stay as last (in 2022)! The location is great for walking to bars and restaurants, and with a golf cart it's easy to get to the beach. The house itself is cute, clean, and has plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. I'm sure we'll be back!

Wonderful condo that was just as described. The pictures m watched exactly to the amenities. The coffee/tea bar set up was great. We had a couple problems with the front door but overall wonderful stay. The host and the people who work with them were great. The only negative was the mosquitos and that was a Texas problem not anything to do with the property so anyone visiting Texas grab some bug spray. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend

AMAZING STAY!! The place was great and super clean. Our pet came and the yard was perfect, we were able to sit & enjoy while our dog did as well. Vanda was the best host, she was super communicative and even had extra fans ordered just in case. The house was also close to HEB & the Port A ferry. Would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

It was a very easy to find the area and easy for check in and check out. The only issue we has was 2 room didnt get a cool at 1 room. The back door also did open or close very well had to push it open hard and close it hard. The kitchen had everything we need to cook and have fun spending time with our family.

It was a great place to stay. Definitely worth the money. HOWEVER, it is NOT a “2 minute walk” to the beach. Unless you can scale the bushes and landscape. You should definitely plan on driving down to the beach!

Great location aside from the drive to it through Rockport due to the flooding! Otherwise, great amenities. Fishing of the dock, my kids caught multiple fish and a crab. Beware of the crocodile/gators though. Very clean. Had everything you need to cook in the kitchen as far as pots, pans, etc. Family friendly. Pull out bed on 3rd floor was actually comfortable plus the full bath up there was a plus. Rockport beach was also very close and clean, as well as good restaurants nearby. Latitude was 15-20 min. A must.

Very clean spot. The time was inconvenient because of the road construction but we made the best of it. The listing was exactly like the photos and description. Our family only stayed for two nights so I definitely recommend staying longer to truly get the best out of your stay. Overall, 10/10 recommend.
