We stayed there for a night since we needed to attend a wedding. The host was really flexible in terms of check in and check out since we came from manila early in the morning. The place was really neat and tidy with all the things you need for a hotel or even more! However, there was a miscommunication in terms of the passcode needed before you enter. I totally understood that the host were asleep since it was already 3am when we arrived at their place so they were a little late in responding to our call or text. Regardless, the whole place is nice!

We booked the place for the Arayat view and indeed, we were not disappointed. We loved staying at the veranda. The place have all the things that we need. The host is easy to communicate with and states clear instructions. We didn't have any complications throughout our stay. Would recommend this airbnb to my friends.

The host is easy to communicate with. There was only a minor issue with check-in, but he quickly provided us with another unit in the same tower. Aside from that, we loved our stay in the unit provided to us.

Superb high quality apartment within a well specified modern building which is peaceful but yet within easy walking distance of the Angeles City entertainment district. Having stayed in a number of different Kandi Reality apartments over the past few years I would definetely say that this unit is the best one yet due to the very reasonable price and the extras provided by the host such as fresh water dispensing machine and the fully equiped kitchen which are provided. The host is friendly, professional and responsive. The apartment was immaculate and it was a joy to stay there. Highly recommended!

We needed a place to stay for overnight, unplanned. We are glad that we have found Ms. Ervie property. Despite of short notice, she accepted our booking. Her place is amazing! What you see in the pictures are all true. Super clean and very cozy! Smells very nice! Ms. Ervie assisted us in all our need specially the exclusive parking at the Monaco Tower! This property is highly recommended specially to those people who really want to have a good rest and relaxation. We will definitely book this property again on our next trip to San Fernando Pampanga.

Antonio’s place is a perfect place for staycation in Clark. It’s right near the middle of high end hotels, restaurant and establishments. And also near SM and public market. Antonio is a superb hosts, always ensuring that we have a remarkable stay. Highly recommended!

Visiting the Philippines for the first time was stressful, but Shame Ann and the owner made the whole process seamless. I followed their suggestions and had zero problems. Once there, I had many questions, and Shame Ann was extremely responsive. When I needed something, she and her team were over-the-top in assisting me. And their office is only a block away which is very powerful. Once I locked myself out of the apartment and after calling, I was in the door in under ten minutes. The team's courteous and professional demeanor was always refreshing and appreciated. I highly recommend Shame Ann and her staff.
