This stay was perfect, the home was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our group. The river view was great! Everything was clean and accessible. Our host was fantastic. Was extremely responsive(even before booking). Made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite. This is probably one of the best host(s)/stay experiences I have had in years as far as value, quality, expectation, and host communications. We look forward to many more stays here! Simply put, perfect. Spacious, abundant natural light and feels like home as soon as you walk in. Everything you need to live, cook, sleep and the location, while just a bit out yonder was also perfect. Quiet, but just minutes to three put ins on the 11 Point. I wouldn't hesitate to book again, and we will in the future.

The house is exactly as pictured. It has a very spacious layout. We had a very peaceful stay and it was conveniently close to Sikeston where we were going to eat for a friend’s birthday.

William and Ginni were great host! I rented the entire house and it was perfect for our group! We had full access to the kitchen so we grilled out steaks and used the kitchen to cook the sides. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were super soft and clean. I loved the scent on the sheets each night as I climbed into bed. I highly recommend staying with William and Ginni and hope to do so again!

This home was the perfect location for family to stay at when attending a wedding at Pecan Tree Farms. There was a lot of room to spread out. Good parking also.

Rachel was an amazing host. She was very attentive and helpful and was always available to meet our needs. She even went the extra mile and put a basketball banner inside the house because we were visiting for a local basketball tournament.

We enjoyed the home. It was located just off Main Street with a view of the river. It was clean with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. I would note that as it is close to the river, it is built up on stilts. You will have stairs to climb to enter the home. However, the height offers a much better view of the river from the big deck on the front of the house. Also, there is a train track very near the rear of the home. So, if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. Presonally, we enjoy the sound of trains so it was no bother to us. Overall, we had a great stay!

My husband, daughter and I had a great stay. We loved being able to walk from the house to Main Street. The house was cute, cozy, and clean.

Lucy communicated with us several times. She made sure that we had the ability to contact her once we arrived if needed. The furnishings were clean, attractive, and comfortable. Neighbors were very friendly.

The home was exactly as described and if not more. Ashley and her husband go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Everything from the bedding, linens, coffee, snacks, comfy couch and big screen TV along with a nice fire pit really help you unwind after a full day. I would highly recommend staying at the Pruett Place over any local hotel. You get more room, better accommodations and are within walking distance to restaurants. We had zero issues and would stay there again if I ever have to come to Paragould again.

The house was beautiful, and it was exactly what we needed. Misty was a great communicator and was friendly and quickly responsive when I had questions or needed to communicate. I was staying here on a school trip with several teenagers for a Student Council Convention when Poplar Bluff was hit by intense storms and tornadoes. The house was perfect and we felt safe and secure in the basement. We had no problems during our stay and will gladly stay again if the opportunity presents itself!

I am from Kennett, and just needed a nostalgic refresher of my roots, and boy did this hidden treasure pay off. I had a weeklong stay of peace and quiet, and a lovely revisiting of that rejuvenating flatland: a trip across an ocean of memory. Carolyn, and her trusty canine cohorts, Enoch and Chuck, provided me with a list of eateries, that were utterly delightful. She also answered within minutes, to any question I had. Thanks for the memories.

I didn't know that Hardy was a tourist town when I booked (it just happened to be on the way to where I was going). What a delightful surprise! The downtown is really cute and fun. The river walking path is lovely. People in town are very friendly and chatty. The historic house itself is beautiful. Big kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes; loved all the countertop space for meal prep. Bathroom is like new; great water pressure in the shower. Bedroom is well equipped with dresser and night tables/lamps, and the bed is spacious and comfy. The living/dining area retains its historic flavor with beautiful woodwork and fireplace. The porch is lovely and quite pleasant with many plants and flowers. The wifi was great while I worked remotely all week. Having a grocery store just down the street made cooking at "home" every day a breeze. My little dog enjoyed the fenced yard. Convenient parking right next to the house. Air conditioning kept the house pleasant despite 90+ degrees outside!
