Maria José is a very good host, the house was in perfect condition, very well equipped and with easy parking, in addition the house matched the photos in the listing.

A unique property. Secluded location with a stunning view down the valley to the sea in the distance. Full of charm and character, I doubt there is a better place for a summer visit in Andalucia. As a winter destination it is also magnificent and the hosts provide plenty of heaters to supplement the open fire and pot belly stove. We did have an issue with smoke from the latter but it was immediately dealt with. Indeed our local contact, Pati, was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. A list of local restaurant recommendations was also much appreciated. This is a spectacular region of Andalucia and I think this must be one of the finest properties to base yourself.

One of the best place we’ve ever rented out! The house is perfect, the view is just amazing, quiet, open, sunny, extra clean. We absolutely loved everything about it ! Even if the road to get there can be a bit impressive a first, it’s definitely worth it ! Wim and Dorien were super reactive and kind. Thanks for this little hidden Andalusian treasure 🤩

We had a fantastic family holiday, especially because of the heated pool which meant we could all swim in February, the fabulous views, and the flowering plants in the garden. The house gave us all the accommodation we needed as a large, three-generation group. Great, large BBQ, lovely bedlinen and very comfortable beds. The host, Jose Maria, is such a lovely gentleman who made us feel easy, relaxed and welcome. It is a shame that the urbanisation does not have pedestrian paths, but the actual home is very tastefully presented and extremely well-equipped, both in the two kitchens and throughout, with numerous towels, and plenty of sunloungers etc. The tennis/football area nearby was also a great facility. Salobrena is a short drive and has a range of supermarkets, municipal market and restaurants. Almuñécar is twenty minutes drive and has wonderful beaches, promenade and lots of beach cafes etc. A lovely town to visit.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, right by the beach and nice and quiet - but we were there in the low season. We did not find the address right away, as the apartment belongs to a complex where you have to look around a bit. The kitchen and the rest are well equipped. Although the apartment is a little worn, the beautiful terrace makes up for it. The communication with Christian was great. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful apartment full of details, taking great care of the decor and all the needs of the tenant. Beautiful views. It was a very pleasant stay. Definitely an option to be repeated.

Very nice and brand new apartment. All clean. Good beds. Great and large pool. Close to the sea and several beach bars nearby. Host Ivan was helpful and communicative. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view from the terrace and bedroom + the sound of the waves. The host is very friendly, professional, helpful - quick contact and reaction in case of a problem. Under the apartment there is the best, overwheled restaurant from which there is a bit of noise. The building has an elevator. Under apartment there is a Coviran shop and 10 minutes on foot Mercadona. In winter, there is no problem with free parking. You have to be prepared that in winter season there are mostly only older tourists in the area. But yeah we had a very nice time here, its great place to relax !! :)
