We had a great family Christmas in this beautiful, newly renovated and very well-equipped house. The accommodation is as described. The spaces allow you to enjoy time and activities all together (we were 13 people, from 17 to 82 years old), while being able to get quiet at other times. Marc was available and responsive. We recommend it!

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

We had a great time at Sarah's house. The cottage has everything you need and is very nice. The decor was tastefully done on an oceanic theme. The bedding is comfortable and there is plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The small garden is a real plus for eating on the terrace or for dogs. The residence is quiet and secure, only a 10/15 minute walk from downtown La Flotte and the journey is along the ocean 👌🏼 Sarah's explanations for check-in and checkout are very clear. The underground parking space is great. Nothing to say about this place except that everything was perfect.

We stayed for a week in Nicolas's lodge, perfect for 4 people. What can I say about the impeccable cleanliness of the lodge, the two bathrooms offered, the services of the estate (the heated pool in winter and the sauna!!!) and the unfailing kindness of Nicolas. We'll definitely be back. Go there without a second thought, you won't be disappointed. Chrystele and Jimmy .

A great stay, we were able to enjoy while paying attention to the noise so as not to disturb us, the hosts never told us anything. The houses are great, the pool is large and the gym is at its best!!!

Very well equipped house, I had my two children (4 years old and my 10-month-old baby) all the equipment for children was available even games for children my son was delighted. The description is as advertised by Sophie. Cleanliness was de rigueur, nothing to say. Really nice house you can go for a second thought. Easy communication, Sophie is accommodating.

A family stay with 2 small children (umbrella bed and high chair available) pets allowed which is a plus because we always leave with our dog. The pool is very well maintained (every day) and heat up. Saint Jean de Mont and Noirmoutier is 15/20 minutes away. Easy accessible host.

Super private accommodation with superb terrace, everything is clean from the floor to the bed linen and towels. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were hosted very well. Just 2 steps from the house is an Intermarché, which is very convenient for some shopping and the gas station :) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would 2000% recommend this listing.

We had a pleasant stay in Dominique's small house. The house is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped, which made our stay most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, offering a peaceful view of a small pond with water lilies and small discreet frogs, which had the delicate attention of protecting us from mosquitoes. The location is ideal, just an hour from the Poitevin marshes and the Mourat vineyard, where we were able to enjoy great bike rides followed by wine tastings. Dominique was a charming and very welcoming host, we immediately felt comfortable in her home. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay full of discoveries!

Impeccable house and very well arranged! Everything is new and clean. I would recommend it without a second thought! It's just a shame that you can't use the interior staircase when you rent the 2 homes together.
