Vacation rentals in Point Mugu

Micheal was a wonderful host, he was very communicative and helpful for our stay. The house was also amazing, very clean and welcoming.

Loved location. We did buy a few foil 9 x 13 pans to cook in. Plus I bought some of my own favorite kitchen tools. I did buy a smaller cutting board. But the kitchen had several items.

The location is absolutely awesome, right on the edge of the sand, with amazing walks on the beach. It is a very peaceful place. The cottage is rustic and lovely, and if the weather was a little colder than we had hoped, it was still super beautiful. The clouds and the fog rolling in was really amazing to see. The kitchen is well stocked, and the home is comfortable. It is possible to walk to the harbor and several restaurants there including a truly fine sushi place. It is a short drive to Ventura and several other spaces along the coast that are beautiful. I would highly recommend. Tiffany was very responsive, and we appreciated the chance to stay in this cottage on the sea.

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

the house is beautiful, modern and recently redone. Tons of nice decorative touches and almost all the amenities you could want. the house was spotless. One thing to note is that there is no dishwasher. Aside from that, had everything you could want. There is no coffepot but there is a keurig. A few pods were provided, but bring your own pods if you are a heavy coffee drinker. the back patio has a small bar and foozeball table. Super fun!

The house is just as described but what you can't see in the pictures is how it feels. It feels like a much-loved family home. We felt right at home immediately. It's really well equipped and the internet was reliable and fast. What really made this rental stand out however was Daniel the host. He was extremely responsive to the couple of questions we had and when we had a small issue, sent his handyman around the very next morning to take care of it. Daniel was extremely understanding of our situation (we had been evacuated due to the LA fires) and made it as simple as possible to extend our stay in increments. He even offered us a discount for the fact that there was a power outage during our stay (not his fault!) Overall, we couldn't recommend this property and it's owners highly enough! Thanks Daniel!

I honestly can’t say enough of wonderful things about Daniel’s space. The location is exquisitely beautiful due to the panoramic ocean views from just about every where in the duplex. The beach itself was 10 steps away and the lower level patio, with its comfortable chairs was a cozy spot to read, watch the sunset or just be. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary equipment to create meals, and the beds and sofas were very inviting and comfortable. Daniel, as a host, was very helpful, gracious, communicative available and friendly. He is also quite knowledgeable about the neighborhood and its offerings. For me it’s a definite come back to place! Thank you Daniel.

We had a great time staying at Malibu Charming getaway. Nice restaurants & beaches close by, in very quiet and secluded area. Would visit again in the future.
