A beautiful, peaceful spot in the heart of Tuscany - perfect for a relaxing getaway! Riccardo and Kate are wonderful hosts who made everything easy and made us feel right at home. The house is cozy and well-equipped with everything you could need, from a comfy bed and a fully stocked kitchen to a sauna and an amazing open-air hot tub. Also, one of the bonuses of this location is very low air pollution, so stargazing at night was a real highlight of our trip. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Tuscany.

Truly the best air bnb I have EVER stayed in!! It was pure heaven with a crackling fire that Luisa had ready for me when I arrived. The interior is so incredibly cozy and unique with interesting books and beautiful things to look at, truly not a boring sterile place at all. When the sun came up in the morning I had so many happy hours just exploring and enjoying the view and the sunshine and walking down to the amazing river. It is just such an incredibly beautiful spot, indescribable. And Luisa was so incredibly kind and helpful and fun to talk to, and gave me great and personalized recommendations (SO much fun stuff to do around there! Everything from skiing to hot springs to swimming and hiking and wine and food.... I have to go back! Don't hesitate.... I wish I could have stayed there for weeks. Thank you Luisa!!

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

Chiara's place was fantastic, an absolute dream. We loved it. The whole place was so sumptuous and very magical. It was like being in a dreamworld, right out of the 15th Century. The place was large and had everything we needed, including a wine cellar. The place was clean and very well organised. There were snacks, which was great as when we arrived, all the restaurants had closed. Chiara was a great host and was very receptive and helpful, and replied quickly to our messages. Breakfast was included, available in a local bar, two minutes away. This, along with free access to the village, made the apartment seem much more reasonably priced. We greatly enjoyed the bars, and restaurants, minutes from the property, The setting was absolutely beautiful, the views from the terrace were unbelievable. It was a small treck from the carpark, but you could get your luggage transferred if you needed to. The treck was well worth it, for the the magical experience you recievied as a reward.

Stay here!! What a special experience getting to know L&L - they made us feel like family. Our walks through the olive groves were so beautiful and the place was the perfect mix of European charm with lots of modern updates. Extremely clean, great linens, comfy bed. Great places to visit within 20-60 mins. We hope to return.

I can't say enough about my stay with Ippolita. She was more than accommodating and the stay was very memorable. We were allowed to walk around and explore the ancient monastery and they made us the most incredible breakfast. It was by far the highlight of our entire trip to Italy. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't stay there long enough!!! We only booked one night and left early. Next time I would love to stay for multiple days to truly experience all there is to see and do there. Ippolita was extremely polite and helpful. She was willing to help move our bags and allowed for late check in and last minute accommodation changes. I would highly recommend this stay to everyone!!!
