Great place and great host. The place is brand new and immaculate, very comfortable. Few steps away from one of the best stretches of beach in Matira. We saw sting rays right by the shore 3 consecutive mornings. Great swimming in the lagoon Walking distance to restaurants Tea was very responsive and very kind - we enjoyed the bottle of wine, various tips and recommendations and the late checkout 100% recommend

Staying at Pierre’s place overlooking the lagoon was an absolute dream. The views were breathtaking, making every moment unforgettable. The home was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. Pierre was a wonderful host—attentive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. If you’re looking for an incredible, serene stay in Bora Bora, this is the place!

The house and location are excellent. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Vatea was extremely responsive, helpful and proactive. It felt good knowing that we had someone on the island who we could count on should we need a little help.

Tea was an amazing host. She arranged my taxi from the port and met me at the property even though my flight did not get in until 18:30. Upon arrival, she provided me with the key, gave me a quick tour and even gave me some bananas from her garden. Her extended family was wonderful also and their Sushi Snack next door was excellent as well. Very accommodating and full of useful information for first night dinner (about 50 yards away) and where the store was. The house is literally 4 steps down to the beach. The beach and the water at this house is very calm (not choppy) and can be enjoyed from the provided beach towels or from the covered deck. While there is no Air Conditioner in the house, it was not needed. The breeze from the ocean and the fans were all that were needed. Overall it was a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back again sometime.

great place just a short walk of 300 mts from jetty ( where airlines shuttle drops). opposite super market which isnv v v helpful if u are not driving around the island. few good restaurants around. Matira beach is 8/9 kms away so u do need some sort of transport to get there. TIP: on days when cruise pulls in you can hop on local bus for $5 one way... which is perfect . Property has everything you need. apartment. 1,2,3 has water views and are pool facing . Apartment 1 wins the trophy for views and space. Apartment 4,5,6 have garden view on the back side. Parking available on the property (might get little tight if all apartments have guest with cars). Internet is decent in room but doesn't not work around pool area if your staying in room 4/5/6 . Host is very responsive and helps you in every possible way. Communication was little delayed but that's due to time difference as host based on France .

Awesome house! We were dazzled by the beautiful services of the house. The view is just wow. It was so nice to enjoy the evening and sunset on the terrace. There are many amenities in the house, such as a very good barbecue, bose speaker etc... We enjoyed the restaurant just downstairs the yacht club. We'll be happy to go back! The stay was too short:-)
