Vacation rentals in Pofai Bay

Thank You Frederic and family for sharing with us your beautiful home, the Tiki House. Frederic met us at Tiki House with a warm welcome and showed us around the beautiful little house and his lovely gardens! The home has several small touches to make it a lovely and comfortable place to stay. We wished our plans had allowed for a longer stay. It is private and quiet, comfortable air conditioning and comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was out of this world!! Everything about the stay was perfect in every way!! It is a blessing to stay in a place owned and cared for by a local. You can feel the warmth and love they have for their island and their home. Thanks again and hopefully someday we will be back.

Had a wonderful time! We had a lot more freedom to move around and mingle with the locals, flora, fauna, and sealife staying on the mainland than at a resort. More private, shorter walk down the boardwalk, and 80% less expensive. Host & Manager are helpful and responsive; this is the right way to do a Bora Bora trip.

Gérards studios are an amazing location, easy to walk to town. And with him providing a free shuttle to the beach! What more could you ask for. My only complaint is the walls are super thin, and can hear the people in the studios next to you. Overall amazing house, host, location, etc. I would come back again!

Romain and Sandrine's place was perfect for our family. The villa was spacious. It equipped with everything we needed. The oceanfront view was spectacular. We also booked 2 private boat rides via Sandrine. Captain Loulou took us to various coral garden for snorkeling. The private boat ride is highly recommended. We loved it very much. Romain and Sandrine were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I have been to Bora Bora 3 times renting airbnbs, this was the best villa experience we've had. Hope to come back soon. Thank you so much for everything!

Samuel is super friendly and kind, we felt very well looked after and his local recommendations were very helpful. Samuel was also very generous to us and without a doubt the best Host we’ve ever had! We loved staying here and found location was great to either go to Matira or town Mauruuru Roa

Definitely recommend! Such a responsive host, with great recommendations! Also the place has everything you need! Canoe, snorkeling gear, bikes, beach umbrella. We used the bikes all the time!

Carol's house was a great home away from home for us. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Bora Bora. The beach right behind the property was perfect for local snorkeling and swimming. Our 7 year old daughters loved picking shells and watching the sunrise, which was amazing!! The place had a washing machine and the drying rack that made our stay completely worth it. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we wanted. It was a great place for us to relax after a full day of action at the beach. The property is maintained very clean, always had hot water and never had issues with anything! The neighbors are also quite friendly and nice to talk to! Overall, a great place to stay and I would totally recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Bora Bora. Thanks for hosting us, Carol!

Exceptional service from Edward and his wife from pick up to drop off. The view and the condition of the condo far exceeded our expectations!

Excellent stay overall! The hosts were very responsive and helpful, the studio bungalow was clean and comfortable, and the location and beauty that feels private and is on the beach, is what really makes this rental stand out. Having AC throughout the bungalow (which is one living area with bed, kitchen, etc) was so nice as some only offer in the bedroom. There is a grocery store right behind the unit, and Lucky's restaurant, snack Matira, and the Bora Bora beach club are all walkable. Many activities can leave from Hotel Maitai which is also walkable.. and it is a 3 min walk to the public access to Matira beach which is absolutely stunning and great for sunsets. We rented a car which was nice to have to go to hikes and explore the island (you can drive around it in about an hour), but you could make due without one with this location. They have Bikes you can use as well. We will definitely consider renting this unit again when we return! Thank you for a great stay!

Everything that a couple need for a short stay is here :) Enough shade for sun sensitive skin or sun for more resilient skin. Location is among the best on Bora Bora main island. Vast majority of island shoreline is not exactly "dreamy" - a direct consequence of a half a century of mass tourism and modern times (plastics, consumerism, false investment etc.).
