Antonela was great! I didn’t get to meet her in person just because of schedules but I did meet her son and he was great too. The location couldn’t be better and there is plenty of room in the flat to be more than comfortable. She was very communicative and had the inside scoop on things in split. I definitely would stay again for sure. I really enjoyed the place and her hospitality!

The place is as described and photographed. Nice hosts, beautiful neighborhood, although you had to climb a fairly steep hill to get to the apartment. The area of the apartment was perfectly large for a stay with three children, the only inconvenience was a very small bathroom as for us.

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! Very beautiful apartment with the view of the sea. About a 10 minute walk to Znjan Beach. I recommend it to anyone visiting Split😄

The place met our expectations - clean, cozy. The apartment was a short walk from the beach, which was a big advantage. We also had a hot tub available for a fee. We had a great vacation. Thank you.

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

This is a lovely new apartment only a few minutes from everything you need: groceries, butcher, hairdresser, walking path and beach. The apartment is super clean- my #1 priority when booking. 2 balconies. Private and makes you feel like a local. The local coffee shop is really nice too. Highly recommend this property and Ivana, the property manager if fantastic and answers all questions and requests.

was a nice place to stay. We came in the dark in the evening and we woke up to a super nice view within walking 😍 distance of a (pebble) beach where we had a nice snorkel. Otherwise, everything was neat and clean.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place, a true escape from the busy reality. We stayed at Ivana’s apartment the whole month and it really felt like being at home with the best neighbours. Ivana prepared the apartment for our longer stay with a little child so that we have everything necessary and feel comfortable, it was very clean and cosy. She even made some space for our push chair in her garrage so that we dont have to carry it upstairs. We could use the whole garden, terrace, outdoor kitchen and grill whenever we wanted to. Our family came to visit us twice for a couple of days and Ivana welcomed everyone warmly. We walked to the beach almost every day, 4-5 minutes down the hill and maybe 8 min back uphill, accompanied by the best tour guide in Vinišće- Billy the dog. We managed it with a push chair and our dog without any difficulties, the road was fine and the amazing view from the apartment was totally worth it. We hope we could come back soon and wish Ivana and Ana all the best!!

Perfect place for short (we stayed four nights) or long stay in central Trogir. The apartment was spacious, clean, bright and airy with only a 5 minute walk from Trogir bus station. Location couldn't be better as you are tucked away in a quiet area which is only a 1 minute walk to the shops and promenade. Unbelievable amount of great restaurants but I highly recommend 2 Point Kitchen & Bar on the promenade - the food was fantastic and the service was the best we experienced during our time in Croatia. If you want beautiful beaches then a walk (or ten minute bus journey) across the bridge to the island of Čiovo is where you'll find them. Just to the left of Camp Rozac is a quiet and pretty beach and very close by you can also get a boat back to Trogir castle/fortress for only 5 euro. The staff at Kairos were extremely friendly and helpful so we had an effortless check in and check out.

Our stay here was excellent! I couldn’t recommend it more, the apartment was clean, cool and spacious with a beautiful balcony. It was a great location walkable to both the beach and town with supermarkets right next door. The price is excellent. Jure the host was remarkable, by far the best air BnB host I have had. His communication and instructions made our stay very comfortable and easy allowing us to check in early and check out late around our flight times. Book this place for a great stay in Split.

Very nice surprise, quaint and cute studio. Everything is nearby, no worries about parking which is beautiful for the very popular center. And cherry on the cake, an available, responsive and adorable hostess! Congrats, we'll be back!

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

Cozy stay in a great apartment. We had a rental car and were glad we had this. The pool was not able to keep warm enough temperature during this time of year. Very nice landlords.

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

Amazing hosts and a lovely place to stay!

Elena was so helpful and friendly. She also arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. The apartment was perfect for us and the pool was amazing! It is so close to the old town without being right in the noisy/busy part. We would definitely come back.

I loved the location. Short drive to beaches & the marina. Beautiful view from the patio. Pero was a wonderful host & extremely helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Tomislav's. We used the sofa bed, which we could have indicated in advance. We also enjoyed the terrace outside. You will be on the beach from here in no time, where when we were there, the sea was still fine for swimming. Swimming shoes or something at your feet is important. The bus is nice and close and if you buy your tickets in advance very cheap.
