Apartment vacation rentals in Plympton

Our group has been staying in Andrew’s apartment for a number of years. We come to Adelaide for the Tour Down Under bike race in January each year, & the apartment has everything that we need. The apartment is located in a leafy street opposite a park, in the southeastern area of the city. Within close walking distance is a pub & many high-quality restaurants. Slightly further away, but still within easy walking distance, are Rundle Mall, the business district & Victoria Square. Check in is straightforward, there is easy access to the apartment on the ground floor, three bedrooms is ample for our group, & the ensuite bathroom is a bonus. The apartment is clean & tidy, & the kitchen is supplied with everything we need for a week-long stay. Andrew is a fantastic host who communicates quickly & clearly, & is happy to help with any small requests we may have. We’re already looking forward to 2026. 😊

If I say that this was either our 4th or 5th stay here, that should be sufficient info. Perfect - the place, the convenience, the cleanliness and equipment. Had a great time.

Gabby and James were fantastic attentive hosts. The place was as described and Gabby was both proactive and responsive in communication! There were some nice little touches that made our stay even easier which were truly appreciated! Location is great and I'd recommend it to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay, it was only a short drive to the bay. The local train station is walkable. Beds were comfortable and the fans were very helpful during this time of year. The carport is only suitable for compact cars and off street parking may be a challenge.

Lovely apartment right on the Esplanade. Loved the balcony, facilities and easy access to beach etc. Apartment very clean, everything you needed, good kitchen facilities and great spot for a beach holiday. Beds comfy. Aircon throughout for hot days & nights. Tracy was easy to deal with and provided lots of info for stay. The secure carpark is tight to negotiate, but this is just the layout of the apartment complex. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Missing the wines/coffee on the balcony.......

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wendys. Lovely apartment with great taste, All around, super clean . Super comfortable bed. Awesome view. Across the street from Veal Park. Every morning, we did our walks and runs in the park. We were in Adelaide on super hot days, her deck is always in the shade which made it ideal. Wendy left us freshly ground coffee, milk and teas. Communicating with Wendy was a thrill. Super responsive and always ready to go the extra mile to help you. The apartment is walkable everywhere and you feel extra safe in her neighbourhood. The area is full of parks. If you are a Thai lover, a must is the Lantern by Nu. An old converted warehouse with mostly locals who dine at Nu. You won’t regret having dinner at Nu. If you are looking for an awesome experience in Adelaide, Wendy’s place comes highly recommended.

Great place close to the city by bus, managed to walk in about 30 minutes. Good food near by and close to plenty of grocery options. Very clean with a full kitchen and bathroom. Scott was very helpful when asked about everything on check-in and very clean with check-out instructions

Perfect location. Vivienne was a lovely host, left us milk etc. The accommodation was very spacious and eclectic which we loved. The beach was a 5 minute walk and only a pleasant 15 minutes to Glenelg. Perfect x

Tsz and shan went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. A great place to stay in Adelaide city, very central to all of the popular spots including Leigh and Peel streets, Rundle Mall, Adelaide Central Market and the East End bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is super clean, quiet and comfortable with all of the amenities you could need - especially in the kitchen, we kept saying "Natalie and Stuart have thought of everything!!" This was our fourth visit to Adelaide and it's the best apartment and location we've stayed at and will definitely plan to stay again.

We had a wonderful time! The unit is just perfect and wonderfully located. The unit was very clean and very well equipped!!! Jeffrey was very attentive and the communication was great! It was a pleasure to spend our time there. Definitely a place to go back and we will!!

I had a wonderful stay at Caroline's and would highly recommend it to others! Caroline was incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to answer any questions I had. The property itself is just as described in the listing, looks exactly like the pictures, with clean, and well-maintained spaces. The place was comfortable and very thoughtfully equipped with everything. Location-wise, it’s within walking distance to a number of local spots and the infamous Hutt street! Overall, I had a fantastic experience, I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Beautiful location, peaceful & very pretty. Accommodation Was very clean, comfortable & welcoming. Pool Waa gorgeous. Host Megan is lovely, and their Doberman came down to meet us at our request which Was perfect. Definitely recommend this property.

Highly recommend Debra’s place! One of nicest, cleanest airbnbs I’ve stayed at by far. Bathroom is pristine and the place felt very homey and comfortable. Would love to stay here again.

Trudi’s place is the perfect city HQ for events at the Adelaide Convention Center across the street. We could walk and catch the free tram to the South Australian Museum, Adelaide Botanic Garden, Adelaide Central Market, great restaurants, and more. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen, laundry, and beautiful space to return to each evening. It is well thought out and very clean, and Trudi is so friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We highly recommend!

The library loft felt like a cute novelty when looking at the booking, but upon getting out of the city limits, starting to climb the range to the very secluded location, surrounded by the dry and rustic beauty of Adelaide’s hills, and making it to the door of the loft, I already had such a wonderful feeling and a grin. Then stepping in to such a comfy and cosy book nest. Everything was brilliant. The views, the scenery, the pool, the hospitality, the local Koala who hangs about. (Passengers, keep checking out the trees for a fluff ball as you drive in/out, and you’ll more than likely find him). The very friendly cat. I know exactly where I want to stay the next time I return to Adelaide. ☺️☺️📚

A lovely apartment overlooking the Moana Beach. The scenery was idyllic and the place is bigger than it looks! Also holds more people if needed. Thanks Ben and Jane for making my pre-wedding stay memorable.

We had a delightful few days here. It’s a small one bedroom apartment but very well set up and close to beach. The spacious deck facing east and overlooking Colley Reserve was a favorite spot to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Because we faced away from the beach we avoided the hot westerly sun and the gusty winds - an unexpected bonus. It was also surprisingly quiet at night when we needed to sleep. Highly recommended.

Airbnb was exactly as described, and just what we needed for a place to rest our heads while exploring Adelaide. Close to public transportation and super walkable to Peel Street for dining options.

Had a lovely stay in Pav’s apartment. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in which was really helpful and when we arrived fir check in the air con was going which was wonderful as it was 41C outside- a very thoughtful gesture- thank you Pav. This was the third time we'd stayed in Grace's apartment, which testifies to how good we think it is. The location is central, the apartment spacious and comfortable, and Grace is a very responsive and friendly host. We really appreciated being given a late checkout when we left. Highly recommended.
