Vacation rentals with beach access in Plum Island

Craig and Julia's place is the cleanest, best furnished and best equipped Airbnb I've stayed in! The living room and kitchen are really roomy and the bank of windows across the living room let in wonderful light and a lovely view across the water from the second floor. Quiet and comfortable, easy check-in and check-out, responsive hosts--would definitely stay again!

Ideal location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unit provided everything we needed for our stay very much recommend this apartment to anyone planning to travel to Rockport

The place is conveniently located for our visit with family. It is comfortable and clean. Maureen responds quickly to questions and is a gracious host. If you enjoy a quiet place for two I highly recommend Maureen's place on the North Shore.

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

Unit 33 was a lovely place for our family to stay over Christmas. The apartment was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, in a convenient location with a beautiful ocean view. The communication from Susan was excellent, with very clear check in instructions. We felt our stay was a very good value.

This was an amazing choice for our New Year’s Eve celebration getaway. It was perfect in every way. A warm welcome first of all and very informative and accommodating after that. The location is hard to describe because it’s SO beautiful!! You can’t go wrong here. Perfection in every way. That we can assure. The winter is especially awesome- so we recommend you go for it. We absolutely loved it.

This place was great! Elyse was a wonderful communicator, flexible and responsive. The unit was just what we were hoping for- clean, ocean views, comfy furniture and the fact that they accept pets was a major plus. There are narrow stairs that you have to navigate but otherwise this place was perfect.

I had a short window to find temporary housing for moving to Boston and Ryan was quick to respond and very helpful. The Airbnb has a beautiful view and is located near some extremely good restaurants, the kitchen is great and was stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils needed to cook any meal needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Diana was very warm, responsive, and helpful throughout every aspect of our stay. Her home is located right across from Salisbury Beach with easy walking access to the water. The home is clean and spacious and has everything you could want or need for a comfortable stay.

Joe’s place was perfect for a quick getaway to New England with some friends. It is well furnished and the location was fantastic! We were able to easily walk to town or the beach.

A large group of us were in Hampton Beach for a show and decided on an air bnb rather than a hotel and we could not have been happier with our decision! The home was clean, organized, comfortable and in an excellent, walkable location. We didn't got to the beach but it was less than a minute walk from the house. It was also walkable to several restaurants and bars and only about a mile walk to the venue (Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom). We were lucky with mild weather in November so got to enjoy the large table on the warmly lit back porch and the covered Farmer's porch in the front with a decent amount of seating. The bedrooms were exactly as pictured and the beds were comfortable with clean linens and a set of towels on each bed (nice touch!). The bathrooms were also immaculate and having one on each floor was perfect. On top of all this, Gagan was extremely kind, very responsive (usually within minutes) and easy to communicate with. We will be back, thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had stunning views. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. There is an abundance of outdoor space for relaxing or dining. Our kids played games outsides for hours on the porch and the near by beaches. I hope to return and highly recommend!

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

Sean’s space was perfect for our visit to the area! We will definitely come back to stay again :)

It was nice being so close to the beach and even though the place is tricky to find, Kim explains it clearly and was available to help. We had a great time in Boston and it was nice to stay someplace out of the city.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

This was a gem of a place to get away in the winter off season months. Mike was extremely responsive and the place was exactly as described. Unbeatable views and the ability to walk the beach steps from the door is amazing. Mike was an active host that ensured we were all set and had everything we need. The bed was comfortable and pillows were great. The day bed on the porch was wonderful to watch the sunrise.

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

Mary's condo was beautiful and exactly as described! Mary was a very responsive host and she made us feel right at home. The condo was the perfect size and it's the best location right across from the beach with the ramp access! The condo was sound proof, so you couldn't hear anything from the busy street below. There were many other familys with kids in the surrounding rooms, which made it very family friendly. We would love to stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the electronic fireplace made us felt at home and comfortable. I especially loved the small touches with the books and games tucked away above the tv waiting to be found. Also we got a nice surprise on NYE with some fireworks on the beach. The hardest thing to figure out was where the trash room was but José sent a picture which helped a lot.

The place was super cozy and had everything we needed during our stay! It was a really enjoyable experience there!

Clean and comfortable. The Sunrise view from the bed was beautiful. It was low season and the noise from the road was noticeable in the daytime but quiet in the morning and evening. Not many restaurants open at this time but I expected this. I recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay. Great location and beach walkability. The hosts were very responsive. It was a perfect 2 nights for me.

Our stay in Gloucester was beyond amazing! A trip we have put off since Covid began but back in June we decided to make it happen! Sarah’s condo was beyond our expectations. Beautifully set up,homey, comfortable and right in the middle of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. We are from Annapolis, Maryland and I grew up on our bay crabbing … Gloucester reminds me of home. Everyone we met were so friendly, helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I’m a runner of 40 miles a week so my morning runs were filled with so much beauty from colorful leaves, to a sunrise I’ve never seen! Sailing is my thing so being surrounded by water, boats and of course the smell of fish … we knew our trip was extra special! We stayed specifically on Halloween for Salem fun and Salem did not disappoint! Helpful… a bar directly across the street from her air bnb! We hiked to the lighthouse early morning for exercise and its view did not disappoint either! Five star visit!
