We are extremely happy with our stay at Céline's place. Its location allowed us to visit all our points of interest without having to travel too much. Everything is available in the apartment for a pleasant time. The heated pool is very nice at the end of the day after making several visits. We'll keep the address for possible future trips. The host's kindness is a real plus. Thank you for everything

We stayed here for a week at the end of August and it was great. Having your own private pool is amazing, and the kids absolutely loved it. We also had our one year old spaniel with us who loved all the outdoor space. You need a car to get around but there was plenty of things to do. We did struggle to find beaches that allowed dogs (due to the time of the year) but to be honest we had the pool so we weren’t bothered. Ophelie and her husband were excellent hosts and were flexible and understanding with us with our late arrival and early departure. 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Franck was so welcoming and gave full instructions for everything we needed. He would always reply within minutes with any queries. The accommodation was beautiful and had the bonus of a swimming pool. Lovely quiet area. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

Philippe is very friendly and responsive. We had a lovely stay in a clean, very well-equipped accommodation (especially for toddlers), with neat decoration. The season didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoors but we also noticed great care in comfort and cleanliness. A big bonus on very good quality bedding. Philippe gave good advice on nearby activities and restaurants In short, I highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay! The house is well arranged and tastefully decorated, practical and with spacious rooms. We were able to enjoy the sun in the garden, the environment is quiet. We recommend it!

The place is extremely quiet, you feel like you're alone in the world at the bottom of this cul-de-sac. The beach 5 min walk is a huge plus and all shops are 5-10 min drive away. The house is very original because of its slightly separate rooms but it is in no way disturbing because everything is well thought out. Alain always responds and gives great tips. If I had to give a downside, it's the pillows that are really very old and in poor condition. New sponges would also have been appreciated. But I shared this with Alain who I am sure will do what is necessary given his responsiveness.

This house is great for a weekend away with friends. Direct beach access just a few steps away, allowing you to fully enjoy every moment. The large number of outdoor furniture available is a real plus, perfect as soon as the sun appears. Everything was perfect, with a special mention for the preparation of the stove, which was very useful to us from the first evening. Thank you very much, we will keep this address in mind.

Weekend spent with our small children. Very clean house with all the necessary equipment. For the children, Géraldine had prepared a baby bed and high chair, lots of toys / games and children's books. Beautiful place with the customs trail within walking distance, restaurant/bar just down the house perfect for returning from a walk. A fenced garden. We enjoyed the proximity to the sea (5-minute walk) very much. We were able to store our bikes in the garage and park the car on the property. The kitchen is well equipped. We often cooked there. There are no restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We were traveling by bike and hiking. We really liked the pink granite coast.

We felt comfortable in the house. A little dusty here and there, but that was no problem for us. You had a beautiful view from the garden. The restaurants and stalls were within walking distance. The beaches in Erquy are beautiful. Communication with Xavier was very good. He always responded promptly.

We had a great week at Thierry's house. The house is spacious, bright, very well-equipped, well-decorated. Nothing is missing! The terrace is great. The neighborhood is quiet Shops are within walking distance. And finally: The outdoor spa was more than appreciated!
