New , hyper functional house, right next to the sea The indoor pool is a great plus especially with kids if it's raining! Really great , we'll be back!!

We had a pleasant stay, the accommodation is clean as well as the bedding and linens. The accommodation is fully equipped, there are even games and DVDs available for children. The garden and pool is a plus. Very warm welcome from the hosts, if I have the opportunity to return to the area I will gladly come back.

The house is very good, the pool is very very good, but Sophie and Thierry are very nice people, considerate; the fruit bread all hot, yum, the cakes the shoe book to do, take the time to read it, great. Thanks to both Sophie and Thierry for our vacation at your place where we felt at home. If you book quickly it will be full (long live the aperitif)

An absolute beautiful country vacation house in the heart of Bretagne, France. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool with warm water and feeding all the animals, to include the adorable donkeys and pigs. There’s also a lovely lake to fish for giant carp. The children loved all the toys too. And the owners are super friendly and even provided us welcome gifts as we arrived, as well as breakfast on our last morning. The location is ideal for exploring this part of France. Only 35 minute drive we were at a lovely beach by Binic and on a different day we drove to Mont Saint Michel only 1 hour 30 minutes. The entire countryside is stunning with so many beautiful villages. Also there’s great bakery and super market in the nearby town only 5 minutes drive. Highly recommend this wonderful property while you vacation the Bretagne with your family. Merci beaucoup! ❤️

Everything was perfect! Beautiful house super well equipped (nothing to be expected) with heated pool, we were 3 couples with 6 children, everyone was delighted despite the bad weather. Céline is very accommodating and even bought a crepe party for us! We had a great time :)

A beautiful stay in Brittany. The accommodation is clean, welcoming and very functional. Very good location, you can do all the shopping nearby and you can find many walks 10 minutes from the accommodation (beautiful beaches❤️). The pool is just great! Finally, Christelle and her children were available when we needed it. Thank you for the welcome gift that represents the region! We'll be happy to go back!

Despite the positive review, there are a few important issues to note here. 'Leavetown' is actually 'Odalys Domaine des Roches Jaunes' holiday residence. Odlays have some questionable policies including inflated wifi rates, charged per user per day, with the 3/4G internet connection coincidentally blocked from the flats. They also charge to use the TV and the BBQ... Despite the issues mentioned I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. Maison Kerdies is a Michelin recommended restaurant within walking distance.

Very welcoming hosts, available with special attention on arrival. Well-located, clean, comfortable, very well-equipped accommodation, even beyond our usual standards. Delighted with this meeting, excellent stay, we recommend it.

A beautiful house with a garden that kept giving! Children had so much to do and to explore, the pool, the trampoline, swings, ping pong and table football inside. The house was extremely clean. We expected there not to be towels and brought our own. All in all, a lovely start to our family holiday with friends. Thank you to the owner for making sure everything was always in order.

We had a great time. The cottage is very well equipped and perfect for families. Indoor heated pool and large gym for an unforgettable vacation. The kids were thrilled!Very nice location to visit the area.
