It was a great house to stay at! Clean, bright, very updated with a lot of modern amenities that make you feel at home. Nice neighborhood, convenient to all things in the are and close to walk to the coast and beaches. Backyard and outdoor features are really nice.

We had a wonderful time at this house! Plenty of room for 4 adults & 2 kids, beautifully decorated house and accurate photos. Pros: -Lots of beach toys, chairs, and towels -Central location -Spacious -Well kept house -Large backyard with fire pit and seating Cons: -Only one shower, but we made it work! (It was too cold to use the outdoor shower) -No dedicated parking spot (but we were able to find parking & used the permit) Michelle was very responsive and the instructions were clear. We are already looking forward to another stay!

We had a spectacular stay at this beautiful home. The location is perfect and walkable… but truly the house is so special you won’t want to leave it! Gabriel was an excellent and responsive host. We can’t wait to stay here again.

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

Definitely a beach gem! About .5 mile to the village. Next to a fun thrift store and self pour kombucha place. We loved staying here. Tamara was amazing and quick to respond to my every question.

In the words of our toddler: "I love this place!" and "Today, a perfect day." Clean and comfortable for the grown-ups, with lots of fun toys to explore for the kiddos. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great location with the best coffee, bakery, and pizza place next door! If you love to surf or enjoy watching the ocean all alive with sea life, sunrises, and sunsets this is the place! We enjoyed the sun on private patio with table & chairs, lounge, and couch; this was our favorite part of staying here. Only negatives: no washer and dryer which is a must at the beach and not enough towels for our week long stay as there wasn’t a washer & dryer so we could not wash towels. Overall it is as close to perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, and furnishings!

I had a wonderful stay at Mickey and Sally's place! The location is absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful and serene backyard offering stunning views both in the early morning and at sunset. Mickey and Sally are incredibly friendly and communicative, making sure I had everything I needed. The property is just 20 minutes from downtown Santa Cruz and UCSC, offering a perfect balance of a quiet getaway while still being close to the city. Their Airbnb guestbook was a great resource, filled with excellent local recommendations for dining, bars, and more. I highly recommend this spot and would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay here! Beautiful property in every way. Upscale fixtures, appliances, countertops, shower, tv, etc. Everything modern and up-to-date and mint condition. Super comfortable beds and lots of space. We loved it and would absolutely come back!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Had a great stay at this airbnb. Matthew was a responsive host, and the place was perfect for a nice getaway that felt nice and secluded with plenty to do and beach accessibility just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Having traveled around the world and stayed in numerous Airbnb homes, I can confidently say this was one of the most beautiful and impeccably clean properties we’ve ever stayed in. Our experience with Airbnb has often been that, while guests are granted access to the property, hosts rarely go above and beyond to make their guests feel genuinely comfortable, as hotels typically strive to do. On top of that, with additional California fees, it’s easy to leave feeling shortchanged. Unfortunately, this seems to have become a common culture on Airbnb. However, that was absolutely not the case here. David anticipated every little amenity a guest might need, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The towels and bedding were luxurious, and the property was immaculate. It was the perfect start to 2025 for us. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc’s place in Pajaro Dunes. Everything is provided and the apartment is super comfortable, clean, and quiet. The beach is just steps away. Fun for the whole family. We hope to return soon.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Beyond perfect! Every small detail…beautifully decorated throughout; kitchen well stocked with pans/spices/espresso etc…even a stocked mini fridge & bar, beautiful view of the ocean from 2 balconies. The bedrooms are great, the showers, the toilets…easily the nicest air bnb i’ve ever stayed in. Annie responded immediately to any question

Aarons place was super cozy. The care he takes in decorating was delightful. Aaron's place has to be my favorite Airbnb I've stayed at so far. it's also walking distance to the beach and a long but walkable walk from downtown Santa Cruz and boardwalk.
